Super convenient location near 2 water taxi stops and restaurants, friendly staff, helped us arrange a great babysitter, nice breakfast, nice view of canal, large room and bathroom, great stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was charming with a beautiful view of the canal, and the bathroom was quite spacious with nice amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the time and attention they took with all of the details. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Carnival Palace. We stayed for 9 nights in the red suite. The staff was extremely helpful in prepping for our stay and we felt right at home. While there they assisted with arranging excursions and promptly attended to all our requests from extra pillows, coffee, etc. In the morning we had a delightful breakfast and the staff did not dissapoint. Always greeted with a smile and made to feel special. The bartenders at The Mask lounge were also great. Even helped us create our own twist on a drink. For me it was all the little details. Champagne in our room when we arrived, umbrellas provided for us when it rained, and the great communication from the time we booked the reservation. I loved the modern amenities but still felt like I was in Venice. The a/c worked great, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was supurb. They even provided a hairdryer. If I make it to Venice again I would definitely stay again.

Easy journey to Marco Polo airport from the Carnival hotel on the Aliaguna water bus to Guglie a short walk from the hotel. Lots of good restaurants and aperitif places on the canal outside the hotel. Easy access to all the main sites from Tri Archi vaporetto stop outside the hotel. Much cheaper to get a two or three or more days, water bus pass for as many journeys that you want to take each day. Good safe local neighbourhood to wander about including evenings.
