We had an awesome stay at this hotel. The cleaning staff were very attentive, and provided a wonderful service. Breakfast was great every day and the wait staff in the restaurant in the evening were fantastic. The two guys that ran the pool bar were awesome as well. Massages were great and we used the sauna and indoor thermal pool as well. We were sad to leave when we did but most certainly will be back. Ciao ciao.

Our stay was excellent, very clean , good simple breakfast but plenty of it. Main restaurant was very good and good value as well. The view we had from our balcony over capri was great. Bus just outside the door both ways. 20 minutes into sorrento and just €2 euros each. Beautiful pool with bar and food at lunchtime if you want to eat. Tranquil to be able to get away from the main towns. Only slight downside is no shop close by but other than that perfect.

Our family paid $2,437.64 for two rooms through Hotels.com, and this was one of the WORST hotel experiences we have ever had. Before arrival, I asked the hotel either to approve cancellation or provide current photos confirming the rooms matched the online listings. They refused both and assured me the descriptions were accurate. They were not. The “Junior Suite” was not a suite in any meaningful sense—just a bedroom, small bathroom, and terrace. It lacked the advertised living area, sofa, shower/tub combo, and amenities. Our children’s room was in a separate building area far from ours, which was completely impractical for a family. I also have a serious back condition, yet our room required climbing about 50 stairs with no elevator access. NEVER disclosed. Worst of all, our room had water leaking from the air-conditioning unit with visible black and pink mold beneath it. I am highly allergic to mold. We immediately reported it and asked for another room or proper cleaning. The hotel claimed it was fully booked, and despite my specific request that the mold be cleaned while we were at dinner, nothing was done. We had to sleep with the sliding door open for air, with no screens, and I woke up with mosquito bites on my face. The next morning, we left and requested a refund for the remaining nights. Despite misleading room descriptions, accessibility issues, mold, water damage, and failure to remediate, the hotel refused any refund or compensation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

What a hidden gem this hotel was! Nice clean comfy room, and the view over the bay of Naples was absolutely spectacular. Staff friendly and helpful, restaurant had a good choice, and was an easy bus ride onto town if wanted to eat at the any local restaurants. Will definitely be returning.

Restaurant was superb! The waiters were excellent and friendly. The fresh grilled fish and pasta dishes were the best we had. Our room views and pool area were very beautiful. Breakfast was plentiful. Our only complaints were the room had ants but was immediately fixed, and the elevator did not work well, but was also fixed. Altogether a pace we can highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay last week. Our room over looking Capri was magical. The Staff were kind and helpful. The cleaning of our room was exceptional. Beautiful pool area and we ate by the pool twice for lunch, a lovely experience both times, with lovely fresh fish, prawns and seafood pasta. Our only disappointment was breakfast, it really was poor, the Staff seemed to want to clear up around us and the choice of food was very basic. The fresh fruit, was not fresh at all, and every day, the same. Location slightly outside of Sorrento, but no problem, as the bus 2 euros each, was very regular and literally the stop was outside the Hotel reception, and took about 12 minutes. All in all a beautiful traditional Hotel that we would come back to, with lovely people, just need to improve breakfast.

Location has a beautiful view and there is a nice roof terrace with a bar. Bartender was very attentive and sweet. Restaurant inside hotel was good service and food. Very reasonable price and you can enjoy local food with wine. Highly recommend.

Spectacular view of Capri from my huge patio in Jr suite! The staff was amazing and so helpful with anything I requested. The room was very comfortable and daily breakfast was really good. Nice to have great restaurant on site when we didn’t want to go out! Enjoyed being out of the crowds in Sorrento but easy and quick to get there for ferries etc. I’d highly recommend.
