The staff was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant is convenient, we purchased a bottle of wine in the afternoon and sat on the outside terrace to relax and enjoy the view. Unfortunately we did not eat there so we cannot comment on the food.

An old hotel that some would say is full of charm but the peeling pant in main lobby and corridors and dark dated creaky bedrooms are indeed in need of attention. Its great location and additional add ins for cruise transfer were welcomed.

Room, had upper level ( loft) with winding stairs to get to bed. Bed was just alright. Room, very noisy, on side street, overlooking garbage cans, etc. The noise did quiet down after midnight. No shower as such, large tub with had held shower only, that did not hang on wall. It was not a great shower at all. Room was clean. Pillows were thick and hard. I would not recommend and would not stay again. We are not hard to please people at all, but do expect basic amenities like a shower. A few more plus in Room as well would have been nice.

The room has a serious health concern. There was an extremely strong mold and mildew smell throughout the room — so strong that even two days after checking out, my pajamas still carried the odor. The environment felt damp and unclean, to the point where we did not even want to touch many of the surfaces in the room. It honestly felt more like a neglected roadside motel than a properly maintained hotel room.

They can, and do get away with alot because this is the perfect location. Breakfast is ok, but for $10... It is just fine, needs a potato. The shuttle is a great perk. It really is lipstick on a pig though.a literal hole in the wall to make room for the door swing. Half the outlet covers fall off the wall. The bed is slightly more comfortable than concrete. They really do not pay attention to any of the basic things. No chance I would return, even with the ideal location. It would take very little.to make this a great hotel. Poorly managed

Everyone from the driver that picked us up from the airport to the hotel staff was so nice and helpful. They all went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed for our stay. They all went hotel is in a convenient location to shops, cafes, restaurants and train station. It is also an easy 15-20 minute walk to the port.

The breakfast was adequate for our needs with a lot of different pastry options. Some fruit would have been nice. The cappuccinos were great! Everyone from the driver that picked us up from the airport to the hotel staff was so nice and helpful. They all went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed for our stay.
