Everything was great apart from the bed being very hard. Also the restaurant is not open at the weekend so we had to go to eat. All else was good.

Staff were lovely however wasn’t so central to lake como. About a 15 minute walk to the station and then a 10 minute train ride but not too bad! Bathroom smelt of sewage but everything else was fine! Staff were helpful and friendly.

Bed bugs bit my wife the first night and it seems they know about it it was not a surprise the second night we asked the cleaning staff to wrap the bottom of the bed with clean sheets so they did.

Nothing amazing. There were no basic items, like a hot water pot, small fridge. The staff seem not to care about guests. If there was a question, they mostly had a limited way to communicate. Bad experience over all.

Property is neglected and it shows.
Room are Ok but carpets are in need of deep cleaning and or replacement.
Breakfast is average for price .
Better quality options available next door at Capriccio di Como restaurant.
