Palazzo Indelli

This is a lovely hotel, beautifully renovated. I was very impressed. My room was large and comfy with amazingly high ceilings. The staff were helpful and friendly. This hotel is at the heart of Monopoli in the best position on the central square in the old town. The sea is one minute away.

I loved my stay at Palazzo Indelli! The location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Everyone working there was so kind and helpful. The room was cute and clean and smelled nice :)

Very nice hotel in one of the best areas. Hotel employees are very friendly and care about guests.

We did not have a car so do not recall parking options. There was plenty of parking just outside the plaza. Fantastic hotel and very central to all the action. Beautiful interior and excellent service from staff. Simple but very good breakfast each morning.

Lovely hotel on Monopoli's main plaza. Perfect location for seeing the town. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious with a large balcony shared by 4 rooms. The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful.Would stay there again.

Situated on the main square in Monopoli the location can’t be any better! From the minute we walked in the door the staff was very accommodating. We had a car & the front desk quickly guided us to the proper free parking lot. The walkability of this location can not be beat.

Even though hotel is in ZTL - Zona Traffico Limitato, the hotel promptly provided all information right after reservation. They informed of different parking options, including free public parking and the hotel provides free of charge transportation for you and your luggage.

Parking for car is too far

The management and hotel is excellent! We had a car which made it difficult to get near the piazza that the hotel was situated upon check in but the managers on site were very helpful and accommodating. We called the hotel and the tuktuk driver met us, ushered us to a free, secure parking lot, then drove us to the property. Once we were familiar with the area and surroundings we could walk to the car park in about 10-15 easy minutes. On a side note, as many Italian hotels the showers are incredibly small. So is the case here but otherwise the hotel room, bed, pillows, air conditioning and service were excellent. Highly recommend.

Indelli is located right smack in the heart of the tourist restaurant & shopping area. We loved the location. Staff were so nice! Our room was modern, had great AC, coffeemaker, minifrig, hairdryer & safe. Front desk has an iron. Bring conditioner as the shower had a bodywash/shampoo dispenser. I don't think there was body lotion & bring euro adapter plugs. Free WiFi worked great & nightstands had outlets. Some nearby restaurants had live music til midnight, but I have a white noise app on my phone that easily drowned outside noise. We rented a car & were a bit confused on luggage dropoff & subsequent parking, but got texted directions & it wasn't too hard. We were going to pay 30€ a day to park closer to the hotel, but the inside garage had lots of columns & the car had no backup cameras, so we nixed that & used the free parking lot. Within certain hours, you pay 5€ for hotel golf cart each way (not pp) & it was convenient & quick. If you walk it's about 12 min (or 8 from garage) & people were around so we felt safe, though we weren't out after midnight. Had our train been later, the shuttle would've taken us to the station but the front desk got us a taxi for 20€/cash. Breakfast had lots of options. Ask for cappuccinos as we found them better than the coffee. We checked out the night before bc our train was early & they had a breakfast bag at the desk in the morning. Of course no coffee, but it was filled with juice, water, & goodies. We would love to stay there again!

The staff was very helpful and kind. Our room was facing an alleyway which was a bit noisy late into the night. Better pillows needed for the bed. Location was perfect!

We had the most amazing stay. The hotel was beautiful & it’s in the most perfect location. We had a huge room with a large balcony that overlooked a city courtyard with cute cafes & restaurants. It was near everything, the old town, the water front & the cutest streets with shops. Franco & Marilena were at the front desk & were absolutely lovely & super helpful. They both spoke perfect English & were extremely kind & friendly. They helped us with car / taxi service & gave us excellent suggestions for local restaurants, site seeing & beautiful towns to visit. The hotel also has a beautiful restaurant with amazing food. Our breakfast was included & was fantastic with a nice variety. Overall this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in & the location is absolutely perfect. Also a huge plus was the fantastic air conditioning in the room with a comfortable king size bed. Book this hotel in gorgeous Monopoli, you won’t be sorry.

Our stay was excellent. Before we arrived, the staff was assisting us with airport transfers and answering any questions we had. When we landed, we received a message from the front desk letting us know the status of our driver. We had a great room, super quiet, comfortable beds, amazing air conditioning (a huge plus for the area especially in August). The customer service was above and beyond without being prompted. The area couldn’t have been more convenient, either. Run don’t walk to Palazzo Indelli. I wish we stayed longer.

The lady and gentleman at reception were kind and helpful.
