Wonderful stay for 7 nights in Feb. The staff in the HOTEL are top notch and will stay here again. Easy to walk to all locations and the concierges are very good!

5-star experience. One of top florence hotels for comfort and convenience. Every request was granted with smiles, incredibly personable staff and simply nothing negatve. Wonderful location, ambiance, food and assistance. Hope to return!

St. Regis properties never disappoint. The staff were phenomenal as always. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. And the cocktails from the Winter Garden were amazing (the Klimt was to die for). My only complaint was the shower, in an otherwise perfect room, it was small and cramped. The shower head was too low and I would hit my head (I’m 6’ on a good day).

Everything was good. Love the architecture. Staffs are amazing. But, the heater and water pipes make noise. The room is a little small. The location is a little far from tourist’s spots.

From the moment we arrived to the hotel the service was amazing. The staff was more than helpful. The location is perfect and walking distance for all of the shopping we planned to do.
