This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are comfortable and very spacious. The breakfast was the highlight of our morning. The buffet was excellent and catered to Westerners. Every morning we sat and had fresh fruit and coffee while looking out an amazing view. The location of the hotel is perfect too. I would highly recommend staying here while in Tokyo.

Great location, way above the Shinjuku Station. Quick 4 minute walk and you’re able to train anywhere…. Really good breakfast buffet with cook to order eggs.

While the hotel has a great location and the staff is friendly and helpful , there are a few things that I found different. There was a boarded up section on the sidewalk side, so we could not see that there was an easy access entry to the main entry way. We climbed the stairs instead with the luggage we had. There could be better signage on that first level to lead customers to the elevator that will take you to the hotel lobby. Took us until the 2nd day and after exploring a bit to figure it out. We also notice a sewer like smell when coming back to the room on two different occasions. Seemed like it was coming from the bathroom. I did find it strange that our room had three telephones. Also wished that the TV was a smart TV where we coukd access Netflix or other streaming services. Seemed like there were a lot of foreign visitors staying here, it would make sense to offer some other channels or streaming options.

The hotel was beautiful and centrally located in Tokyo. The hotel was immaculate. The staff was super helpful and polite. No request was too small. The amenities ie lotion, creams etc was a bit underwhelming and I was surprised to not receive even a simple welcome gift package. There is a water dispenser on each floor, ac works easily, beds were firm, views were wonderful and the breakfast buffet was great.

I would stay at this hotel again. All the rooms are above 20th floor so it’s fairly quiet. The airport Limo stops in front of this hotel and there’s 711 at the lobby. Additionally, it’s very close to a lot of places, including the train station.

This is my go to hotel when traveling to Tokyo! The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Having a mini fridge and safe in the room is great. The staff was very nice and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Wish they had natto^^. Hotel is very close to Shinjuku station which is a plus. Also the hotel is a stop for the limousine bus to either Haneda or Narita airport.
