Hotel was great - easy to get to (If you can find the right exit from the train station). Right opposite a shopping centre plus there was a 7 eleven and burger restaurant downstairs. Rooms were quite a good size (for Japanese rooms) and the staff were super lovely. No do it yourself laundry, but you can do laundry via reception for a hefty fee. Convenience but expensive.

The hotel is in a good location and the main lobby area and reception are nice. The breakfast cost was rather high compared to other hotel breakfasts that we had in Japan, so we chose not to have it. There was a good breakfast option nearby outside of the hotel that we enjoyed. The room was smaller than we thought it would be. It was the smallest room that we stayed in during during our Japan trip. We were only there for two nights so it was functionally fine.

I did so much shopping I had to buy a box The front desk staff was very helpful to sell me a box ( inexpensive than Tokyo hands) and hand me a tape too The location is amazing Just south Shinjyuku exit area , allow me to shop all my needs Restaurant are plentiful too

You know when you read a review and they say it’s the best hotel they’ve stayed in and they’ll be sure to be back? I’m usually a bit sceptical but this time I have to agree. First class ambience from the 20th floor lobby upwards, and unmatched location atop a new office tower right next to Shinjuku station, Tokyo’s transport hub. Malls including major department stores; lots of dining options nearby, 7-11 on the ground floor of the tower and plenty of touristy areas within walking distance. The knockout feature though is the view. The Panoramic rooms are huge by city standards, and the wrap-around vista of Tokyo has to be seen to be believed. Day or night. I’m going to have to come back to Tokyo just for the experience of going to bed with the metropolis at your feet!

Great location for tourists - a 3 minute walk from the Shinjuku station, a 7-11 in the hotel building and a grocery store with food hall across the street. Rooms are spacious and clean - we stayed 2 adults and a 9 year old in a 3 twin bed room, with luggage and plenty of room.

Century Southern Tower has been our go to Hotel for a number of years now. It is centrally located with Shinjuku station right there, as well as a number of department stores with great dining. It also has a number of more casual options nearby. It has a nice breakfast buffet, and a sushi restaurant one floor below as well as a lounge. We have only had the breakfast buffet but it was excellent. It is located in the more quiet side of Shinjuku and Shinjuku station, it is good if you want respite from the constant action of much of Shinjuku. The room size is adequate, small for the west but large compared to many other hotels. The only issue if you can call it that is there is no launderette in the hotel. They do have a laundry service, but if you want to do it yourself you need to walk approx. 15 minutes to get to one. It's never been an issue for us, the walk is very pleasant in a very peaceful neighborhood. I would highly recommend this hotel for families and anyone who wants convenience, but also wants a place that is a little less hectic than other similar areas in Shinjuku.

Location is perfect for getting around, close to shops, restaurants and most important train system. Was disappointed with lack of space in the room, with king bed we found there was no starge space for clothes so had to leave everything in suitcases for weeks stay, wish TV had some more channels or a smart tv so if you wanted to unwind and just relax in front of the tv before bed you couldn't do so.

Extremely well located. There is no gym on site and although there is access to an offsite gym, it is 3500 yen. For us, the room was damp for our whole stay. The room is due for some updating. The views are great. The bed is firm. The tv isn’t a smart tv. Room was quiet. Service was great.
