Very friendly staff in a very comfortable hotel. Great location just a couple of minutes from the castle & gardens and plenty of buses run from the bus stop nearby. Overall provided good value for money.
The double room we booked was rather compact so worth noting if you are travelling with lots of luggage.
We didn't have any meals at the hotel so cannot comment on the restaurant.

The hotel was clean and well-equipped with everything a traveller might need. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had good facilities, including a shower over a seated bath and a warm toilet seat with all the bells and whistles. There was a teapot and cups in the room, and additional amenities were available at reception. The staff were very helpful and spoke English. The hotel is within walking distance of markets and parks.
The only minor drawbacks were the compact room size, which made it difficult to fit a suitcase, and the lack of a proper wardrobe—just a couple of hooks on the wall with hangers. Another small inconvenience was the high threshold to enter the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was great.

Beautiful property, great location. The only issue was one of their washer/dryer machine wasn’t drying. Ran the dryer for 2hrs and clothes were still wet. Told front desk and they said that’s how it is… the other machine worked fine.

This hotel is located in a great area, closer to some of the attractions in Kanazawa, walking distance from them.
The hotel is extremely clean and the staff are amazing, very helpful and courteous.
The only issue we had was that we could not control the heat and could not open the window, it got very hot inside the room.

I usually stay at this Hotel brand in Japan as it is reasonable in cost. In this particular hotel the bathrooms are step up. And the step up is very high. This could be a problem if older and to avoid tripping. I also notice stains on the carpet that should be cleaned.
