We spent four night here and the room and amenities were very clean and well located. A very short level walk to nearest station and short train ride to Shinjuku. Very easy to get around from here. The room was ideal for our family of four and we would stay here again when visiting Tokyo. Lovely quiet neighbourhood with local food options across street and nearby.

This was our least favourite place to stay in Japan. We stayed in 6 different hotels and airbnbs. First of all the pictures were probably enhanced with AI because the room doesn’t look like it. The furniture could have been in better condition. There were stains on the wall, bathroom didn’t look perfectly clean. It only had shampoo, body wash and conditioner, no hand soap. The instructions for laundry machine and other appliances could have been more clear and specific. Also, the entrance is not accessible, there are at least 7 steps and since we travel with an elder person this was somehow inconvenient.
The communication was great! And the location was also convenient!

Setup was as expected from photos. Outer walls not very soundproof, but inner walls (toilet, bathroom, closet) were. Fan didn’t work in bathroom so it was always wet inside unless the outer door was left open. Gas stove didn’t work and electric stove needed to be plugged in at the table so it was a bit awkward for cooking and eating meals, but otherwise the stay was nice. Very conveniently located for transportation and groceries/ convenience stores.

Room was fine, no space for luggage except for under beds or closet. No dryer so if you’re planning on washing, do it two days before because it will take that amount of time for clothes to dry. Would’ve appreciated an early notice on the 9:00pm quietness/downtime in the Rules and Regulations. My family and I love to play cards and laugh but were worried we would get reported. Otherwise it’s a nice place, great cafes and close to train stations.

Our room does not match with the photo posted on the ad. The electrical cooking stove was not connected to any electrical outlet. We have to reshuffle some extension cords to make it work. The toilet and bathroom have unbearable smell when the ventilation is turned off.

This was no frills place to stay while in Tokyo. It was a good location close to a train station and bus stop. Highly recommended. Note you have to climb a short flight of stairs to get to the elevator.

This is an unmanned apartment-hotel and instructions for check-in were sent 2 days before arrival which were clear and simple to follow. Overall, a great value! Would stay again

This was a great place to stay. Exactly as advertised. Clean, little kitchenette with dishwater was an added bonus. 7/11 right up the street. Close to the metro. It was perfect !!!
