my second time here, the room is spacious compare to other Japan's hotel. It has an great Onsen facilities. Wifi speed was okay. Breakfast was marvelous, there were a lot of fresh sashimi, and japan side dishes. Location wise, it's walking distance from the station (around 800m), and near to the tram stop. receptionist understand decent english, they were also super helpful, they helped me to contact the pocket wireless company that I rent to make sure the delivery process. They can also help you to hail a cab without additional fares. Recommended place to stay

This is a really nice and clean hotel. Our initial room smelled like cigarettes and the staff checked it out. They then upgraded us to another room with ocean view as an apology. Very kind staff.
They do speak English.
The bathhouse (onsen) is great. Many options and clean. It is right next to the ocean too!

Awesome stay. The only small downside was the distance to station is a little far but about 5 minutes walk to the beach. Free corn soup and hot chocolate drink, perfect for winter. Although the timing they took out is quite random. Overall, very satisfied and amazing stay.

the room we stayed in was almost like an apartment room; it had a small kitchen and washing machine. overall the room was quite clean, the shower could be cleaner though. the pillows were very tough and dense.

The elder female staff was very unprofessional and didn’t get into the condition. She almost mistakenly charge my partner 10000 yen for a lost key fee that I’ve already paid and was very rude to her.

Overall for a short stay this was a hotel that met my requirements. Staff were helpful, hotel was clean, breakfast buffet was very good (I bought ad-hoc tickets for it, didn’t plan to eat there in the mornings), there was a accessible games room with coin operated games machines and there was a mini-mart in the hotel itself.
Downside was the immediate area around the hotel, quiet and run-down. Little shops or eateries, though there is on small eatery right beside the hotel outside the games room but it does not open in the mornings.

Very nice hotel with excellent amenities. The room was very large and super clean. I was very impressed with this hotel and the on site Onsen was the best one I have been to so far with indoor and outdoor onsen and sauna. I highly recommend this hotel. I also walked from the train station which was not far from the hotel (about 10 minutes walk).

The hotel has a fantastic onsen and is a convenient 15 minute walk from the train station and 3 minutes from the local tram system. Mount Hakodate is an easy walking distance and Goryokaku Park is a short ride on the tram.

You must really like Onsen for your stay here. Dining options are many and excellent. Easy and walkable to nearby tourist sites eg Hell's Valley, Bear country etc.

The interior was nice and the unit spacious. However the absolute garbage wifi was attrocius. Seriously it's worse than dialup and you're lucky if you get 5 minutes above 10mbs. I found the hallways in the premium tower loud at night. The breakfast was large and busy, but there's no English translations of anything so it's mostly a guessing game tbh.
