The hotel is very pleasant. Will definitely stay here again if I go to Hakodate.

my second time here, the room is spacious compare to other Japan's hotel. It has an great Onsen facilities. Wifi speed was okay. Breakfast was marvelous, there were a lot of fresh sashimi, and japan side dishes. Location wise, it's walking distance from the station (around 800m), and near to the tram stop. receptionist understand decent english, they were also super helpful, they helped me to contact the pocket wireless company that I rent to make sure the delivery process. They can also help you to hail a cab without additional fares. Recommended place to stay

Large room, clean, full facilities

Deluxe Twin Annex Building rooms are clean and very large for the size of hotels in Japan. There is a sofa set, a dining table for 2 people, a small kitchen and a washing machine in the bathroom. 15 o'clock check in time without compromise, there is an onsen but we didn't try. Breakfast has a choice of 2 restaurants (J ¥ 1200 & 1800), both are okay, the difference is 1800 there are sashimi. The location is 900m from JR station, you can use tram (streetcar) which the station is near the hotel

Very nice hotel and good services

Not too close to train station but you can walk only 7 mins. Really great hotel and recommend to stay more than 1 night. The hotel has many facilities in room and also has private&public onsens in basement.
