A superb hotel, great location very close to several buses and trams, about 15 mins from the station by bus. Great, large room, with comfortable beds and a sofa and table. Superb location, walking distance to the Peace Park and easy for buses etc. The snacks were amazing - drinks and snacks every day and rice at 8pm! Would definitely stay again

Appreciated the complimentary offerings in the lounge, including coffee and tea, snacks and even a happy hour. Sitting out on the lounge balcony after a busy day was relaxing.

It was nice to have free coffee and smoothies available in the morning and a glass of wine and snacks in the early evening. The rooms were one of the more spacious we stayed in with plenty of amenities. It was clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Wish I had discovered this was a chain when we were booking our trip to Japan and we would have stayed in their other hotels arouns the country

I loved this hotel for all the free amenities they offered! There was a public bath located in the hotel as well as a lounge/dining area that offered free drinks and food items at various times of the day. The room itself was very spacious, clean, and one of the biggest rooms we stayed in on our 3 week trip around Japan. The staff was friendly and check in and check out was quick and easy at their self-service machine. I would highly recommend this hotel! It was a 15-20 minute walk to the Peace Museum and food/shopping areas in Hiroshima so very accessible and centrally located.

The best hotel I have stayed at in Japan. Very easy check in/out. The lobby has continuous free goodies and drinks for guests. They keep several amenities in big trays for guests to take. Room was very comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is amazing.

The Intergate is a fine modern hotel that is centrally located and not far from the station. Plenty of local restaurants nearby, walkable neighborhood. The check-in process was chaotic however. They are relying on self-serve machines that are very clumsy and in our case just didn't work. The staff spent more time working with the machine that would be better spent checking in guests in the traditional manner.
