Overall an okay stay. Upon arrival, we noticed the shower had random hairs on the walls from previous guests that were missed while cleaning. The walls, in multiple spots, were also dirty and stained. Didn’t want to touch them. Was just worried about the cleanliness of what I couldn’t see based off what I could see. But it was cheap and had a free airport shuttle.

THE HOTEL IS RELATIVELY OLD BUT IT IS VERY CLOSE TO THE HANEDA AIRPORT. I INITIAL BOOKED BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION AND I WONT DO IT AGAIN.

The hotel property was great! Easy 30 minute walk from the airport. The location is near a family mart and a shrine which was great for exploring. The restaurant was delicious. The room was nice and cozy, mini fridge located inside, and matching pajama sets laid out on the bed.
And the airport shuttle the next morning was swift and efficient.

Amazing people and beautiful property. My only complaint is that the beds are quite stiff. Otherwise this is a stay I would highly recommend on your way out of Haneda.

Great staff. Large rooms (for Japan). Breakfast buffet is tasty (and an excellent value). Shuttle bus to the airport is a huge bonus. Have stayed here many times since 2018 and will be back soon!

Breakfast was poor, not good value for money. coffee undrinkable. variety non existent. no urgent replenishment when food runs out.
Room was the worst size I have ever experienced. Had to pay 5000 yen to upgrade to a room of usable size. Will not rate the room more than 1 out of 10.
Airport shuttle only runs in the morning, had to take a taxi to get to hotel at 4pm on a weekday.
