The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The room is compact, but the layout is smart so it doesn’t feel cramped. All amenities are provided and very convenient. The location is great, close to the station and easy to get around. Overall, it was a really nice stay.

Nice and comfy hotel for family. They serve free soup, croissant, tea, and coffee. The location is very strategic, only a few hundred meters from Ueno Station. Recommended hotel and consider to stay again on the next trip.

Amazingly located 5 minutes walk from Ueno Station, easy access to nearby shops and restaurants including the Ameyoko alleys. The hotel is super clean and the staff are the friendliest. Amenities are plenty, and their complimentary drip coffee is worth singling out as one of the best we've had this trip.

Hotel staff were really helpful and nice attitude during my stay. Hotel is really close to Ueno station and you want to head towards the signs for the Iriya exit, really well connected station to get you to most of the main Tokyo areas. Plenty eating and shopping options close to the hotel. Reception area of the hotel is nice and welcoming with the lifts really close to the entrance. The room was well maintained and typical Tokyo size which I expected so the suitcase had to be stored under the bed to give you space when you're in the room. The bathroom is decent enough size though with a big deep tub, it's not so tight in the bathroom like some other hotels where the toilet is practically joined to the bath. Cleaning is every 3 days which I like, less disruption to the room when you're out. You leave out the used towels and rubbish bag when you leave the room every day and they'll hang fresh towels, water, and bin bag on the door for when you return later. As mentioned, I like this and reception will help you with anyway in between anyway. Would I stay again, yes, things that could be better though: -No safe in the room was a surprise -Would be lovely to be able to cast or stream on the tv, it's nice to watch your own shows for an hour in the room having been out all day -Some extra shelf room in the bathroom, the existing shelf is a narrow so soon fills up with your toiletries -A few extra hangers, only 4 in the room

Very conveniently located near the Ueno station. The staff were great. They have amenities like toothpaste, razor, hair care and skin care products in the lobby that you help yourself to. Very nice and convenient. Only issue was that the room and bed are very small but this to be expected in Tokyo.

Loved this space! The staff were always friendly upon exiting or returning to the hotel, even with the language barrier. This hotel has a perfect location, right next to Ueno station and Ueno Park. Many konbinis available nearby as well. They had a vending machine in the lobby too, just tucked back a bit. Also, so many freebies! From Tokyo Soup stock to face masks, they had everything you may need. Leave the toiletries at home! Great quality shower soaps. The AC worked well, the pillows were comfortable, there was strong water pressure in the shower. I only wish they had rooms with space for three people so I could stay with my family in one room upon our next visit!

I regret my disappointment as soon as I arrived because the cherry blossom season issue raised the price so much that I couldn't cancel my choice. It was a perfect rip-off fee, so it was a stupid choice considering that the next 24 hours and 700 yen will be placed in the candidate site

There were a decent amount of restaurants nearby and the hotel was conveniently located near a major train station which made going to different locations very easy. The room was a lot smaller than I had originally thought so, even compared to other Japanese hotels. There was a provided storage space for our suitcase under the bed which helped greatly. The staff was friendly and helpful in shipping our luggage to our next hotel. There are multiple convenience stores within walking distance.
