It is a very good place to stay from Subway Odori Station Exit 37 that has an elevator. Walking a bit to the hotel, very convenient. Exit the hotel, walk straight to the right, will come to fish market, easy to find things to eat. Staff service is good. There is salt for free to scoop in the room as well.

Bus to niseko picks you up right outside this hotel which is why we booked. We had the Japanese style room which was a cool experience. Mats on the floor and all that but they were decent, we double stacked them. The pillows have rice or beans in them. If you’re looking for your best nights sleep ever, don’t book this room. It was one night and worth the experience. Everything was walkable and the amenities are really nice. Would stay again!

When we checked in, there is a chipped mug in the room. Room has very dim lighting. Both humidifier (noisy and water level didn't even change) and toilet bidet didn't work. Reception staff were not friendly at all.
Room size and breakfast are both ok.
Very disappointed as I had previously stayed in WBF Hakodate (before they rebrand to OMO5) and the standard level is not the same.

We primarily liked its central location. The room was compact but comfortable enough for our family of 4. Easy access to sights, food, shops and public transport. The freebie 30 minute drinks at the ground lounge from 2pm - 10pm was a good addition.

Good - free coffee + happy hour in the bar.
Good - friendly staff
Not awful but not good- space to open suitcases with lack of wardrobe/drawers meaning living out of cases.
Breakfast - this is an unfair criticism due to coronovirus restrictions the buffet was disappointing.
The hotel was very quiet so difficult to make a representative judgement however the staff were good.

The location was good as it was just a short walk from the nearest exit with lift. The room was nice too. We were able to open the window to let cold air in as it got really stuffy after a while if the window remains closed. The bed was the most comfortable during our trip when I compared to the hotels we stayed in other cities. I also like the breakfast spread.
