Really good experience to stay in Karaksa Hotel, location was strategic near from Dotonbori shopping center and street food, the room was nice and cozy, one more thing we can refill beverages at vending machine (coffee, tea, chocolate and soft drink also).

Superb hotel in Osaka! Our 2-night stay exceeded all our expectations! The first thing that stood out was how incredibly clean everything was - from the lobby to our room, every corner was spotless and well maintained. The room itself was also a pleasant surprise, offering a decent amount of space by Japanese standards, with enough room to comfortably unpack big luggages and relax after a full day of exploring. The hotel staff were outstanding too - you'll definitely feel the Japanese discipline. One of our favorite perks was the complimentary lounge, where guests could enjoy free snacks and drinks. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing before heading out again in the evening. The location is simply unbeatable- Dotonbori Canal, the famous Glico sign, and our favorite area is the Shinsaibashi Shopping strip, are all just few minutes walk away. You'll also find countless restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and of course the Don Quijote!

We were assigned a room on the 2nd floor facing the street. The sheer curtains cannot be fully closed, leaving a gap in the middle. Since the room is on the second floor, pedestrians on the street can easily see inside by simply looking up. This becomes especially problematic at night when the lights are on, as it seriously compromises our privacy. In addition, there were some hairs left on the floor, indicating that it had not been cleaned thoroughly. Other than that, the overall stay was good.

The location is good. It's a short walk to Dotonbori and there are a lot of good restaurants nearby. The train station is also close. Our room was a good size for two people and it was clean. I liked the free soda, coffee, and snacks.

Fantastic location - minutes away from Dontonburi, Shinsaibashi, Amerura, and Namba Yasaka Shrine. So many shops and food choices - Family Mart literally 2 mins away. Great transport links - Namba & Shinsaibashi stations both within walking distance. Connecting rooms really convenient for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Effective air con, powerful showers, plenty of charging plug points, mini-fridge. Lounge on ground floor where you can sit and relax with complimentary snacks and 24 hour cold and hot drinks - very generous. 2x coin-operated washer dryers. Breakfast buffet consisted of mixture of Japanese/Asian & Western dishes - staff always smiling and helpful. Minuses - lack of hanging space in rooms (no drawers or wardrobes, just hangers on rail), rooms slightly musty, laundry still damp despite using dryer.

Only complaint - the room was tight. Otherwise great value with breakfast included, tons of amenities, the machine-made matcha latte was excellent, some of the snacks were very useful and tasty as well, and the location is excellent also. Staff is also very courteous and helpful. Overall, excellent experience!

The Staffs were great the location is really good the only issues I have is that there was only 2 laundry machines and one was broken during our stay and also we stayed in July which was quite hot and the ac wasn’t cold

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel karaksa hotel Osaka Namba last week. The room was very nice and the hotel offered good amenities for their guests. I only wish they had washer/dryers that could be programmed to dry only as our clothing was still very damp when we used and we had to go to an external washer/dryer facility in Osaka to completely dry. We also experienced some minor issues with the ice machine. Overall - it was a conveniently located hotel with clean rooms.

The hotel in general was really good. The staff were amazing, and we really liked the variety of the food. The room was fine, but our main complaint was the air conditioning. Even though we set it to 20 degrees it was still very hot to sleep at night.
