KOKO HOTEL Ginza 1chome

Very nice and clean hotel, very friendly staff and great location. There is a convenience store across the street. Good sound insulation. Perfect for tourists looking to explore the city, as there are 3 subway stations near-by, and the Tokyo Station is very close. The area has a lot of high-end shopping.

This was an additional night for us, as we decided to come to Tokyo a day early. Only a twin room was available, this however on arrival at a room seemed to me more like a large double as there was no gap between the beds! If we had not been a couple but two friends this is quite intimate! The room itself is small by London standards but a usual size for Tokyo. Excellent location of hotel in Ginza and a 7/11 is across the street. Hotel provides excellent amenities, including bath salts, hair bands, razors and tea/coffee. There is also a microwave, ice machine and ice cream vending machine

I am very upset with the laundry machine. It ruined me lululemon pants that were new. Plus it didn't dry my clothes and I paid for it twice to dry. So very disappointing.

Nice hotel. Excellent location in Ginza. The room, for 3, was small, but clean. The lobby area was small and felt cramped.

Good amenities free water, wish room was a little bigger

I stayed here for 2 nights before transitioning to another hotel that I had already booked in Ginza. I wish I was able to just stay at the Koko Hotel! The beds were much more spacious than the other one and the location is excellent. There are a lot of restaurants within a 6 minute walk and you are right in the center of Ginza shopping within 10. There is also a huge 7 eleven right across the street for snacks and quick breakfast items.

I only had a night’s stay here, but I enjoyed the property. The room is modernized and had high end amenities. Check-in/out was smooth and the staff were helpful.

Small but comfortable rooms. Quiet neighborhood. Close to dining and shopping. Very walkable area. Staff was always busy so we had little help from them but the few we dealt with were helpful.

This hotel is clean, comfortable, has great amenities, and is well placed. The only reasons I have not given it 5 stars are because the room was relatively small (though of course an could have booked a larger one) and because there was no option to include breakfast (but there are plenty of places to eat nearby).

The only thing I will say is that the laundry room isn’t big enough there are only two machines and it takes forever!! So that kinda sucked but other than that I loved this hotel will be staying here again that’s for sure !!

Rooms are always clean, staff helpful, service available all the time, location is also very convenient, the only thing is about the room, the first room option is usually very small, no room to move as much, choose room size wisely if intrested

Had a great stay good location

Good size room! Location is great, close to shops, cafes, and station. I recommend accessing the station by walking to Tokyo square one ground floor. Staff was super friendly. Let us use the scale to weigh our suitcases and helped set up our ride to the airport! You pay via touch pay in the taxi.

Nice hotel with lots of amenities. Lounge area to sit in with ice and water provided. Lots of shops, restaurants within walking g distance.

The staff was really nice, and the room was great except that the shower curtain is too short, and so when the shower water hits it directly, it blows out of the tub, allowing water onto the floor outside. Otherwise, i recommend this hotel.
