Scenic city view from lobby and our room. 8-10 mins walk to both Shimbashi & Ginza station. Very convenient location! Just in front of donq , short walk to konbinis and stores. Great coffee just 1 min walk from the hotel ! And discover 2 halal eateries just around the corner

Location is great and there is nothing wrong with this hotel at all. It was our third hotel during our stay, and it was the priciest of them without offering any ‘above and beyond’ differentiation.

Nice hotel, in a great location. Short walk to public transportation, high end shopping and restaurants. All of the staff live up to high standards for hospitality. Julia, at the front desk was especially helpful. She assisted us with extending our stay an additional night. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was very good with a lot of options to choose from. The amenities provided in the room were abundant and put to good use. Our room had 2 sets of PJ’s, robes and slippers included in the amenities as well as a mini fridge with complementary beverages. We have 2 critiques; the room is very small and the carpet in the room had a large stain in front of the sofa. With 2 people and 2 suitcases in the room, maneuvering around was a challenge. One side of the bed had about 4-6 inches between it and the wall. Despite these noted concerns we would definitely stay here again.

Perfectly located near 3 stations. Easily walkable within 10mins. A lovely hotel with a good sized room for Tokyo. Lovely view across the bay and rainbow bridge. Big breakfast buffet selection with Western and Asian tastes catered for. Towels changed daily. Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

I tried staying at this hotel in April. We arrived and it was overcrowded. When I checked in, they booked us a smoking room and had no other rooms available. We evaluated the room and smell and decided to stay the night after a long travel day. My mother unpacked her belongings and went to plug her phone in, to find that the plugs did not work. She called maintenance when came quickly but said the problem was in the wall and there was no way to fix the outlets. How does one stay in a room when none of the outlets work? At a five star hotel no less! This was completely unacceptable. We repacked and left immediately to another 5 star hotel with real amenities and fantastic rooms. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Great location, great view (lobby & dining room on the 16th floor), and clean rooms. Large selection of Japanese & western fares, and fresh fruit at breakfast. (Especially love the fresh lychee which we don't get back home.) Would be even better if the breakfast selections change up a bit each day.
