พนักงานงานพูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่ค่อยเป็นและทำให้การสื่อสารและดำเนินการผิดเช่น 1.)ดิฉันไปพักกับเพื่อน2คนแต่ตอนจองจองผิดจองซ้ำกันในวันเดียวแต่1หัองจ่ายตังแล้วแต่อีกห้องยังไม่จ่ายแต่ตอนเช็คอินพยายามขอกเขาแล้วว่าจะเอาหัองเดียวหัองที่จ่ายเงินส่วนอีกห้องที่ยังไม่จ่ายให้แคนเซิลเขาก็ไม่เขาใจแต่เช็คอินให้สองห้องนอนคนล่ะห้องและต้องจ่ายเพิ่มอีก1หัองตอนเช็คเอาห้องสองห้องเตียงแฝดเหมือนกันคือเขาพักได้ห้องล่ะสองท่านยุแล้วมาสองสาวจะจองคนล่ะห้องทำไม 2.ลืมคีกาดไว้ในห้องลงมาขอทำให้เราแล้วแต่เข้าไม่ได้อีกต้องลง2รอบแล้วรอบสองเขาคิดว่าเรามาเช็คเอ้าร์แ่ไม่ฟังที่เราพูดและไม่ดูเราใส่ชุดโรงแรมลงมาติดต่อถ้าจะเช็คเอ้าใส่โรงแรมกลับเลยก็ได้งั้นสิไม่ฟังไม่สังเกตไม่พยายามสื่อสารกับลูกว่าต้องการอะไรรึแนะนำอะไรให้ลูกค้า รีจะต้องเก่งภาษาเก่งสือสารเก่งกล้าอนรับสิค่ะไม่ใช่ทำๆๆไห้เสร็จๆๆพ้นๆๆไป
