This hotel is at the crossroads of main streets with tram and bus services. only 8-10 by walk from the Kochi Railway station.
The hotel breakfast is very good with both western and Japanese breakfast foods.

Great location (along the shopping arcade, next to a tiny, famous bridge) - the parking is right next to the hotel (in a car elevator, so it may take a few minutes for your car to get out). Good wifi. Clean, standard (meaning small) Japanese hotel rooms. I didn't try the breaktast (1100 Yen), because the Sunday market and Hirome Market are a few blocks away and amazing. There's a Lawson's attached to the lobby for any snacks you may need

＊飲食店やお土産を買えるお店が、徒歩圏にたくさんあって便利でした。
＊繁華街ではないので、夜、外で酔客が騒がしいということもなく静かに過ごせました。
＊フロント近くにコーヒーのサービスコーナーがありましたが、チェックインの際、説明がなかったので利用するのは躊躇われました。
＊室内はプランの割には狭さを感じさせない作りでした。
シャワーカーテンにカビが付いていましたが、清掃は行き届いていました。
＊洗面台にドライヤーのコンセントが無いのが少し不便でした。
＊朝食は自分で削って食べる鰹節が楽しくて美味しかったです。

チェックインした時のフロントの方に、翌朝の駐車場延長の相談をしたら、「追加料金があるので、チェックアウトまでに知らせて」と言われ、夜部屋から電話したら同じ人の声で「10時以降15時まで300円」と言われ、最後にチェックアウトの時に違う方に「12時まではサービスします」と言われた。観光で来ている者には翌日の計画を立てるのに影響するので、どなたからも同じ返答が返ってきて欲しい。ちなみにチェックイン時にフリーコーヒーの案内がなかったので知らなくて残念だった。

Good location -short walk to famous Kochi roofed shopping streets and can get to the Kochi castle area.via shopping streets. 12 minute walk or 3 tram stops to Kochi station.
Room and bathroom tend to be on the small side (Japanese business hotel class size) but breakfast was pretty good.
