Second time staying here, next time will definitely come back, delicious food, spacious hotel room, in front of the hotel there is a Lawson, going to/from the airport is just in front of the hotel by limousine bus which can be helped to buy at the hotel reception.

Everything was perfect! Our only complaint is that there is no coin laundry in the hotel. Other than that it is a very nice, clean, and amazingly convenient hotel

Great hotel! The room was spacious with a fantastic view. The lounge was great to hang out in with free snacks and draft Sapporo beer. They also had a free shuttle that takes you to Odori park and the train station during the Snow Festival. This will be my goto place for next year.
