Right outside Akihabara train station, joined with a mall. Very convenient and comfy to get to. Earlier check-in and late check-out compared to many places. Good for individuals with small, light luggage.

Very convenient to travel, connected to both JR and Metro stations. In the room there is a massage chair, very comfortable to sit on. In the bathroom there is a chair to sit on and shower. The room size is okay, not too small to be cramped. There is space to open the luggage. The big bed can sleep 2 people comfortably.

Superb stay at remm Akihabara! Great service, friendly staff, very clean and complete amenities. Located next to Akihabara Station and surrounded by delicious cafes and restaurants. Also, the room has a massage chair which functions just so well, for travelers like us, that necessity is very appreciated! Very happy to stay here! 😀

Loved staying here! It was super quiet (and I am a very light sleeper), the rooms were immaculately clean, and I was able to really relax in my room even in the midst of a busy part of Tokyo. I'd stay here again without a second thought.

Overall the accommodation was pretty good, about a standard size room for Tokyo. Akihabara is very central only being two stops from Tokyo central and this hotel is located very close to the akihabara train station. It's location is amazing, there is also convenient stores right downstairs along with restaurants and shops nearby. We had an earthquake while staying here and the building stayed strong. The laundry facilities were good and there is a tb channel that tracks the progress of the washing machine along with which ones are available to use. The rooms do get cleaned daily if you choose to, the front door to room is magnetic and you can set what type of cleaning you want done for each day. I personally did not use the front desk very much at all, mainly just to check in and check out. Our stay in Tokyo was for three weeks to which we were staying at Remm, overall the accommodation is not jaw dropping amazing but it is very solid with an excellent location. I would recommend this accommodation.

Our room was comfy, kept clean, had fresh linen daily, with complementary amenities, bottled water, coffee and tea each day of our stay. The room was spacious enough. The location was close to everything - convenient stores, shopping, dining and the train stations. The staff was kind, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at Remm and hope to be back again someday.

It's in a good location, and all the staff are very helpful and speak good English as well. The rooms, however, are incredibly dusty and gave me allergies. My eyes were very itchy, and my skin burned. It may be something with the AC units being old or dusty, as when we turned the AC down, the symptoms got a little better. If we could open the windows even a little, this would not be a problem, but the windows were sealed shut.

Great room, including a nice view on the 16th floor, clean bathroom and massage chair in the corner for some reason! The air conditioning is integrated and quiet, they provide a mobile charger and TV with lots of different optioms built in. The staff are super kind and helpful, really perfect hotel for the price and great location in Akihabara

Perfect location. Akihabara Station is literally next to hotel. Staff are also very polite and kind. Love the laundry machines, only a min fee per use. Best part you get to monitor progress in the room. No need to go down to laundry room to check if its done. Highly recommended for those looking for accessibility and convenience.

Nice hotel, good location but if you are trackside and a light sleeper like I am you will be awake every moring at 5am. Sure the otherside would be ok but trackside so noisey and we were on the 12th floor

Hotel is located conveniently right next to the train station, and a Starbucks is right down stairs for those caffeine needs. The hotel is also in the same building as a shopping center that includes GU, Muji, and a number of restaurants that is accessible directly from a door behind the Front Desk. The room leaves a bit to be desired though. A bit small, but serviceable. Restroom design is a bit eccentric and maybe a turn off for some travelers. There are distinctive wet and dry parts of it, but the toilet doesn’t have vent separately and shares the same accessible space as the main room. There is a door you can close, but it does not ends in a completely closed off space. Wet part is shower only, no tub. Some days I want to soak but can’t because all there is just a sitting stool. Public bath is available, but it might not be a thing for everybody. Laundry amenity is horrible. Machines available are washer dryer combo machines and it couldn’t dry my cloth even after 500 yen and 1.5 hours of drying time. Luckily there is a coin laundry not too far and I had to do my laundry there for the rest of the stay. Other than that, pretty standard fare for a Japanese business hotel. Most of the supplies like toothbrush and teas are available at the front desk. The elevator design is rather inconvenient because it’ll always stops at the 6th floor front desk. One out of three doesn’t go to the first floor and you must transfer to the other two if you get on that one.
