We travelled as a couple and stayed in this hotel on our last night before departure out of Japan, Narita. We chose this hotel due to its location, near the Narita Airport, and it has privileges of a free shuttle bus every one hour to the Airport. The location is good and accompanied by a convenience store nearby. Front desks were on point as they helped me a lot with quite okay English language. Overall a 5/5 experience. No complaint at all. Keep up the great work.

Hotel is in a great location if you are flying out of Narita. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need. Beds are super comfortable. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Would recommend staying here!

Close to the train station and we were able to easily walk to the temple and do some sightseeing before we moved on, would be a great stop to do the night before a late flight out.

The only reason that I am giving this 3 instead of 5 stars, is because I booked a non-smoking room and writhing the first second of opening the door to my room, I was hit with the strong smell of cigarette smoke. I was so tired and didn’t bother going back down to request a different room, but the smell was incredibly strong and disruptive of the enjoyment of the stay. Other than this, the staff were very helpful, the room (other than the cigarette smell) was nice and a good size, and the location of the hotel was in a great position.

Not the quality of our previous Richmond hotels. Asakusa and Kyoto were outstanding. Breakfast here was only ok and plain coffee only. Rooms are clean but bathroom seems outdated.

Great friendly staff. Facilities are dated, but rooms are large. We had a cleanliness problem with our bedding, but it was replaced quickly. Beds are very hard but pillows were good.

The room and bed are really comfortable. The staff were most accommodating and friendly, and the location was close to the train station—about 5 minutes walk. I really liked that there is a 24 hr konbini store closeby to buy snacks and drinks. Overall, I had a wonderful and relaxing stay
