Great stay in Kyoto within walking distance of the main areas of the city center. The room is big, the bathroom great, the beds are confortable, the tv huge. The laundromat available on 1st floor is also a great addition. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel !

Very good hotel with excellent amenities and location close to Shijo / Kawaramachi area in Kyoto. The metro / train stations are just 5 min walk away and the Nishiki market is just 10 min walk. The area also has many good dining options and excellent shopping options like Daimaru department store.
The customer services are top notch. They provide free bottled water or tea every day and also coffee machine in the lobby. They also provide free laptop in lobby for customers to use in booking restaurants, etc. There are also a few coin laundry / dryer machines for guests to use.
The biggest selling point for the hotel is that they provide a massage chair machine that can massage your neck, back and legs and I tell you that this is huge help during your stay since you'll walk and climb a lot of stairs in Kyoto if you plan to visit Higashiyama, Arashiyama and Fushimi Inari Taisha areas ❤️. The hotel is clearly thinking ahead of the customers' needs and kudos to the management.

It was a short stay, but I was thoroughly impressed by the quality and cleanliness of this hotel. The room was spotless, incredibly cozy, and even a decent size by Japanese standards. I would definitely stay here again.

Very lovely hotel just minutes walk from supermarkets and bus stops. Very conveiently and near kyoto station. The hotel itself is clean, modern, spacious, and some rooms have a massage chair which is so amazing after super long walks in japan. The hotel lobby had free self serve coffee and tea and the ammenties were great quality. The hotel staff helped with our luggage forwarding which made travelling seamless.

浴室・トイレ分離のお部屋で使いやすかったです。タオルが3種類置いてあるのはとても良かった。
ベッドもソファも大きくゆったりくつろげて良いのですが、その分部屋は狭くなりスーツケースを広げるのに工夫が必要でした。
またコート・衣服掛けが通路の壁面のみのためコートの季節は窮屈さを感じます。
コンセントの位置はベッドの片側にしかなく、真ん中にあれば便利なのにと思った次第。

Great location, close to shopping and the palace was only 15 minutes away. Many transportation options nearby, we caught a bus line just five minutes away from the hotel. Staff were welcoming and helpful.
