Slash is an amazing hotel. Their common areas, like the cafe and the rooftop terrace are wonderful. I really enjoyed getting to go up to the rooftop in the evening to have some free tea or in the morning for some free coffee. The cafe had breakfast in the morning (a small up charge) that was to die for. They also had happy hour in the evening with free beer. My room was actually a decent size for a Japanese hotel room. Not that I spent a whole lot of time in it but I got a two bed room and it was great, with adjustable beds. Also, the toilet is the usual awesome Japanese toilet with the heated seat and bidet. It was really great. All of the staff spoke English and were very kind and friendly. I loved this hotel. It’s located in Kawasaki, maybe like a 7-10 minute walk from the train station. You definitely have to take the train to see all of the touristy stuff in Tokyo. But if you don’t mind that it’s an amazing place to stay.

Good facilities. Nice staff. Good cleanliness. Convenient location. Walkable distance to local subway station. Lots of shops, shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Good experience in this hotel. Will definitely come back again.

The hotel is nice, clean, and modern-looking! The only thing is that the hotel is close to a lot of “girls bars” and a construction lot so there is a lot of noise from drunk people at night and construction drilling in the morning.

Amenities while limited are quality. Front desk and housekeeping staff were prompt and courteous. Room was small, but had everything necessary for a short visit. The drop-down screen and projector (no TV) were a surprise, but functioned well. No issues.

Did not care for roll down screen for tv.
Could not figure out beyond basics how to use.
But, we did not expect to have in English.

Another great stay! The rooftop was very nice, it has a nice atmosphere and is a good change of scenery to enjoy and relax. The room has everything you need, with amenities available when needed - including a humidifier which is helpful for any dryness you may experience this allergy season.

New concept very nice decor excellent staff.. Would have liked a TV and a bath in some rooms but guess with a projector screen it's the idea different to the norm.. Overall great place roof top would be nice in summer evenings.. Well worth the money I'll be back.. Thank you

Very special and incredible hotel , have seen this type of style before.
That's funny to move the bed and the projector screen . With free coffee machine in the rooftop , it is a very relaxing place there. Highly recommended.

It was a great room and the staff are so nice and friendly! I really enjoyed my stay and will return soon! Room is a good size, plenty of room and space to store luggage, new furnishings, and easy to use projector set up! The bed is very comfortable and they were kind to accommodate for my feather allergy.
