What Guests Say About Their Stay

I booked this neighborhood on the advice of Reddit posts who noted it's a good central base to explore the different parts of the city, and they were right. I was aware beforehand Akasaka is not a tourist attraction area in its own right. As for the hotel itself, I really appreciate the hotel staff for fulfilling my special request and always responding promptly to my Expedia messages. In person, they continued to be very helpful and courteous. The room was very clean and sufficiently spacious for one person. If I have a nitpick then there are only two washing machines, and the standard wash dry cycle still leaves clothes wet. If no one is waiting then you can do a drying cycle in 30 min increments, but otherwise you might want to bring a travel clothesline.

Very professional and helpful staff # in an upscale safe area with a coffee shop attached, subway literally minutes across the road # since I was travelling solo the DD room suited me fine but I’m not so sure if this would be the case for 2 people# extremely quiet too# internet speed could be better at night.

Overall a great hotel. Located right cross the street from the subway station. The room is quite spacious compared to similarly priced hotels in Tokyo. Clean, quiet, convenient.

nice hotel. conveniently located. easy check in/out process. Only fairly minor inconvenience was the pillows. The bed came with two pillows. One was really small and the other had some bead-type material that wasn't very comfortable. Otherwise very pleased with my stay.

The staff at reception were incredibly nice and helpful! They welcomed us warmly each time we entered and exited. It was nice that they didn't my friend and I using their only computer for over an hr at times for research and how they helped us print itineraries. I greatly appreciated the ice room for my waterbottle cuz it's so hot outside. Also the eco friendly-option for room cleaning was nice and considerate with the free water bottle. Oh, and the Akasaka station is so close, didn't realize till I arrived! Only downside is that the room was small and rather cramp for even two people but it's understandable considering Tokyo land space. Overall the staff made the stay very welcoming!

This a very clean and cared for hotel that it was a pleasure to stay in. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the rooms spotless. It is ideally situated amongst a thriving area of variety. The one complaint is the space for clothes storage. It is hard not to have to live or stay in your suitcase as far as clothing goes. The rooms are understandably small given it’s Tokyo and not five star, but the overall design is very strong and tasteful.

I like the fact that the hotel is located very close to Akasaka Metro station. They could offer more in the way of English TV news channels

Would stay again, good price for a good location. Minimal English with staff created some communication difficulties. Bed was comfortable. Room clean. Small size but typical for Japan. Strict check in and check out times.

Great location in the middle of everything and walking distance to Mid-town, Roppongi and Akasaka-Mitsuke. 2 mins walk to the train station entrances. Great, friendly staff who are so kind and helpful. 24 hour front desk. Stayed in the non smoking building and was so nice and peaceful, did not get disturbed from outside noise or neighbors at all. Room and bathroom was a good size, not too tiny like other hotels in Japan, was perfect for 2 friends with a lot of luggage, even had a spare room attached with a couch where we put our suitcases and clothes and new purchases. Wifi was fast and never dropped out as we didn't use the TV, we were able to watch Netflix and movies on the Ipad. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again next time I come to Japan! Thank you for making my stay a comfortable and pleasant one. :)

Changed to bigger room as no drawers & space in "wardrobe" inadequate to store suitcase, access under bed not available either. Too small for week stay.

A regular place for me to stay during my TOKYO business trips. A no frills hotel but very good value. Room size is ok and amenities are sufficient. Staff are helpful and overall I have never had a negative experience in this hotel.
