400 meters away from the station. The room is bigger than other schools. Must walk uphill to the school. Can walk to cut public sections. Closer to the subway

The b akasaka is a perfect option for staying in Tokyo. The location is very central and is about 5 minutes from the train station. The local dining options are solid. The rooms aren't very big, but they are functional, perfect for someone exploring Tokyo. The staff were exceptional in helping navigate everything. The area around the hotel is quiet and peaceful. I would stay again!

The B was exactly as shown. It was a short walk away from the bustle of Akasaka, which I very much appreciated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely consider staying again.

Terrible experience. Do not stay here if can. We had to check out at 0530. Check in process: when we entered noone greeted us. One EE was busy with the guest, another one free but doing paperwork however she didn’t acknowledge our presence. Walls and doors scratched. Hotel is far, up the hill and old. Check out: noone was at the front desk when we came. We rang the bell twice, still noone came. We went upstairs and used the phone to call front desk, noone picked up. We left the note and room keys without anyone being there. We contacted hotels. com for the refund of other 2 nights.

Big pluses - washer and dryer at only 300Y, vending machine with beer and canned cocktails, friendly, helpful staff, great coffee machine with latte, any time of day, good breakfast relative to many other 3* hotels (just stayed in six others). Walkable to 3 Metro stations. This hotel is considered 3* but it is close to a 4. (Some towels are ready to be replaced). I stayed an extra night after a tour, and upgraded from a very small single to a reasonable size 'deluxe single', (though it had 2 beds). The little bit of extra space and a lovely city view including a temple made a huge difference to my stay. There wasn't room to move in the smaller room if my carry on bag was open, and the window looked onto a wall.

Rooms were OK. One of the night staff exhibited very discriminatory actions towards us. He forced us to keep moving our luggages even though he wouldn't let us move the luggage scale to a nearby area of the lobby. How could we weight our luggages if he wanted us to keep our luggages in one place and he wouldn't allow us near the scale? He also talked behind our backs, accused us of taking luggage scale without his permission even though we already politely asked and received permission from a gentleman staff right next to him.
