The best hotel in Asakusa is very close to Sensoji Temple, clean rooms, very helpful staff, friendly, all the best. If I go to Japan, I will definitely stay at this hotel again, I stayed here for 3 days 🩵

We stayed at the B Asakusa for 3 nights with our 2 year old and we had an excellent experience. One staff member in particular (didn't get his name, he was from Nepal but spoke fluent Japanese and English) was so nice to us and so helpful. The breakfast was pretty great. Lots of variety and it's clear that they are thinking of their guests and what countries they are coming from. The rooms are modern, very clean, housekeeping comes daily to switch out towels and will do your beds if requested. One negative feedback was the laundry machines. They have laundry, which is great, but their automatic detergent didn't work well or at all. The dryer doesn't work very well. I put my clothes in for 1 hour and 30 minutes and they were still damp. They also didn't smell great. I would suggest adding detergent to your load and drying small loads. But other than the laundry, the hotel was amazing and we loved being in Asakusa. Great place to shop and eat! But be careful of tourist prices! Go to the malls that surround the main shopping district (Life, Seiyu, Mitsuya) you'll find better items for a better price. They also have whole floors with great food!

I booked a room for 3 and it was a 2 twin beds. I asked for additional bedding so we could all try to fit and was offered a rough blanket. The rooms should allow 3 pax to sleep comfortably but it did not. Breakfast was great- location was awesome just be sure the bed situation is adequate. For reference I have traveled globally and do not mind small rooms, but the beds should allow each person to sleep comfortably.

If I wanted to stay in Asakusa I'd stay at this hotel again. It is close enough to walk to Kaminari gate and Sensoji but it's quiet enough. It is about 2 minutes away from Asakusa station Tsukuba express, but it is about .3 miles from Tawaramachi station where Tokyo Metro lines run. Breakfast was western food and the hotel puts out snacks from 8-10 pm. We kept getting back after 10 so I couldn't say how good the snacks are. The queen room we were in was not so tiny; it was a good size for a Japanese hotel. Shower only, no sit down bathtub.

We enjoyed our stay at the B Asakusa. The hotel was very convenient to the train stations, great restaurants and kombini’s. The pillows were soo comfortable, however, the bed was very firm which may be your preference. Overall, I would stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location for that part of Tokyo. Easy walk to the temple and the kitchen market and the vibrant nightlife. The staff, however, was not friendly at all, in fact, they were pretty rude and this was not our experience anywhere else in Japan. They charged us extra for getting out of the room just 20 minutes after checkout time even though I had told them at the front desk we were late getting back because streets were blocked for a big festival and we would hurry up to our room and bring everything down quickly. The lobby was very small, smelled horrible, and was packed with tons of luggage for travelers who needed to leave their bags before they caught a ride to the airport. While that is a great service to offer, it made for a very crowded stressful lobby. We would come back to this area, but we would not stay in this hotel again.

Location is great - abt 7-10mins walk to Tawarachi Metro station on the Ginza Line. And the surrounding Asakusa area is lively, with many restaurants and close to the Sensoji Temple and Don Quijote. Room size for the twin room is comfortable and slightly bigger than the average room size in Japan. I love that their bathroom had a shower stall with a glass door that keeps the wet and dry areas separate. A lot of Japan hotels have those shower+bathtub combinations that are slippery, inconvenient to get in and out of, and often with dirty shower curtains, I hate those so I'm really glad I found this hotel with a good clean standing shower stall. They provide free snacks and drinks in the lobby from 8-10pm. The only drawbacks of this hotel for me are that the beds are really quite hard, and the daily housekeeping is minimal (towel change, amenities replenish, rubbish disposal) unless otherwise requested.
