It was a great experience staying at this hotel, and definitely recommended! Good facilities, comfortable bed, quiet room, strong shower, selection of amenities, and most importantly, friendly staff! I did not have breakfast since I had plans elsewhere, but I would include breakfast next time if I have the chance to visit Osaka! Thank you for accommodating me!

Hotel bagus dan bersih, kamar luas, lokasi dekat stasiun, pelayanan bagus. Amenities-nya lengkap sekali dapat face wash, face cleaner, face lotion, mouth wash sampai dapat face mask☺️. Kami booking family room, kamar luas dengan bunk bed dan ruang tamu. Sangat recommended👍.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was large, especially by Japan typical standards. Amenities were plentiful. I didn’t even have to break out any of my own toiletries. Breakfast had a good selection that I didn’t feel like I was eating the same thing each day. Convenient to metro and all the sights. Would stay again.

Room was clean and hotel was located close to the metro. Bar was fun to sit in and the rooftop patio was great to enjoy a drink on. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we didn't love was the bathroom lighting, was hard to see for shaving or makeup.

Very cool place, friendly staff. Really lovely letter left in our room to celebrate our stay with a voucher to spend there - so kind. Everything you could need at the amenities area like razor, bobbles, toothbrush even hair oil/ face masks! Compact but nice room and good offer of 500¥ voucher if you avoid housekeeping. Gets you a cocktail at the bar! (You still get clean towels daily) Free beer 6-7pm on the ground floor, DJ on and great atmosphere. Food menu basic like Japanese curry, fries, pasta but reasonably priced and convenient. 7/11 right outside and under 5 mins to metro station Bits of improvement: Very unusual breakfast options. Not even sure they’re local just very random like buns filled with fried chicken, falafel, salmon - all cold. Also filled focaccia. No pastries, no yoghurt, a couple bits of fruit and lettuce?! The toilet in the room smelt awful, not sure if it was coming from the vent system but it smelt of sewers.

Overall my family and I were happy with stay aand would come again or recommend it to others. There is also a 7 eleven next store and a subway station close within 5 mins making it easy to get around the city. Plenty of food options to choose from nearby as well.

The room was quite small. The shower was connected to the sink, and for privacy you had to pull a curtain around both areas, which felt a bit awkward. It also lacked amenities that many hotels typically provide, such as face wash, lotion, and razors. I also want to mention that when I turned on the TV, the viewing history contained adult content. Since I had my child with me, this was concerning, although fortunately, nothing was seen. It would be a good idea for staff to clear the TV history between guests. The breakfast was just okay, with small portions and limited options. I would recommend this hotel for travelers without children. There is a decent bar and a DJ who performs in the evening.

The Lively was our first stop in a two week family vacation. As someone with mobility challenges I came to Japan with many questions but the Lively staff were very patient and knowledgeable. They helped me arrange transportation for my large groups and great price for an intensive sightseeing day and visit to Universal Studios Japan. They even helped locate accessible restaurants for our party. The room were clean and spacious to the point I did not have difficulty moving around. Having a restaurant on sited was a bonus plus a great 24hr long to work or gather as a family. One of my favorite hotels on our two week trip.
