The hotel contacted me via email on the day of check-in to inform me that my original room was unavailable due to a broken air conditioner. They offered a complimentary upgrade to another room, which I accepted. However, had I known that the room I was assigned was actually a downgrade from the one I originally booked, I would not have accepted their offer. Unfortunately, I only realized the room was a downgrade the day after check-in, making it too late to request a refund. Anyhow, the room was spacious and in good condition overall.

Enjoyed our overnight stay. Very quiet and easily walkable from Hakata station. Check in was easy and convenient. Will stay here again.

The room is very cool. There is a balcony, washer, automatic toilet and bathtub. It is perfect for a longer stay.

Nothing is unique about the property. What i don't like is the very late check-in time of 5:00pm, it should be 2:00pm check-in and 11:00 or 12:00 check-out...

Rooms are suitable for families. The rooms are well maintained. Property is around 8mins walk to Hakata station. Pros: With kichen appliances and utensils for cooking, as well as washing machine. 7-11 conveniently across. Quiet area. Cons: Check-in place is different but somewhat compensates since no check out is needed since there are no keys needed to be returned. No cleaning of room for the duration of stay. No Cleaning option even if we were willing to pay additional cleaning fee

I didn't actually stay at their apartments, but felt compelled to write this out of appreciation for their staff and management. I had made an emergency booking at 11pm due to a very last minute flight cancellation, but didn't realize that they were not a hotel, and also failed to see the small print about late check-in arrangements. With no working cell phone and no way to enter the premises upon arrival, I ended up walking to a nearby hotel and getting a room. At around 2a.m. I received an email from the Metropolitan with check in instructions, but it was obviously too late by then. The next morning I walked to their office/reception to find out possibilities for a refund. The manager I spoke to was very understanding towards my situation, and wasted no time in getting permission from her superior to authorize a full refund. I'm still following through with that procedure on Expedia, but in any case I was impressed with The Metropolitan's fairness and integrity. On one hand, my booking had been marked as 'no cancellation or changes', so they could have easily turned me away. Instead, they accepted that I hadn't used their services and chose to take responsibility for the delayed check-in information. They even agreed to call a taxi for me to catch my flight! I'm very grateful and will definitely stay with them the next time I'm in town.

Nice apartment, well equipped, clean, good facilities, convenient location, highly recommended for families or travelers wish to cook meals themselves

客房內的暖氣機器暖房效果不佳，而且下層房間暖氣無法到達，住下層房間的朋友還需穿發熱衣睡覺。

깨끗했으면 좋았습니다 다만 4일 있는 동안 정수기 물이부족 덥는 이불이 부족이요
