Would love if there a shuttle bus from and to the cruise terminal. Had to hail a taxi. Also the cafe in the lobby costed too much and couldn’t get a refill of either tea or coffee as it had mentioned in menu. Lastly no discount at all.

I expected much more from 5-star rated hotel. Everything seemed average. I visited Wynn Hotel and noted a big difference in everything.

Front desk staff and bellboy were pleasant. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, as well as a nice lap pool. The hotel is within walking distance to the New Lisboa Casino, which is a visible landmark of this part of the island. There are plenty of cheap eateries and convenient stores in the area that are frequent by the locals. A nice little park is right across the street, and a big hill in the back if you want to have some exercises.
