The hotel is strategically located in front of the Jamek Mosque & next to the Masjid Jamek LRT Station. If you want to go to KL Sentral, you only need to take the LRT once, to Nasi Lemak Wanjo or to the Petronas Towers you only need to take the LRT once. Right next to the hotel door is a McD, only the McD staff are delivering food that is a bit rude. Even though the room doesn't have a window, it still feels comfortable. The lights give a luxurious impression. The room is clean, there are no leaks. Hot water works well. Wifi works well in the room, I used it for WFH (work from hotel) smoothly, quickly, without breaking up. TV broadcasts have 5 channels & all the images are clean. In the hallway there is also an iron provided. Highly recommended for backpackers or solo travelers.

Ini adalah kali kedua saya menginap di Big m hotel ini. Dan lokasi menjadi faktor utamanya. Lokasi yang sangat dekat dengan Stasiun Masjid Jamek, sudah pasti membuat mobilitas menjadi nyaman. Lokasi hotel juga dekat dengan aneka spot kuliner, mulai dari nasi lemak, nasi kandar, kafe, KFC hingga McD yang ada di samping hotel jadi garansi nggak bakalan kelaparan. Buat yang mau cari oleh-oleh ke Central Market atau Petaling Street juga bisa dijangkau dengan berjalan kaki dari hotel. Oia, kalau mau mencoba kuliner khas yang murah dan lokal banget, didekat hotel setiap pagi banyak sekali penjajanya, mulai dari nasi lemak dengan berbagai lauk, hingga aneka kue dan jajanan khas ada di sana. Untuk kamarnya sendiri, buat saya pas saja. Ukuran bed besar, luasnya cukup, ada pemanas air, kabinet untuk koper dan pakaian, hingga kamar mandi yang dilengkapi air panas. Layanan di resepsionis juga ramah dan membantu. Sangat rekomen.

Hotel yang menyenangkan. Lokasinya sangat strategis. Dekat dengan stasiun Masjid Jamek, dikelilingi aneka resto dan kedai. Seperti McDonalds (di bawah hotel), KFC, 4Fingers, nasi kandar, hingga berbagai kios nasi lemak dan jajanan. Mau ke KLCC, Central Market atau Pavilion Bukit Bintang, cukup naik kereta KJL + MRT dengan jarak 2 - 3 stop saja. Akses dari bandara juga cukup simple. Dari bandara bisa naik KL ekspress atau bus bandara ke KL Sentral, kemudian dilanjut KJL ke Stasiun Masjid Jamek. Untuk kamar yang saya tempati, cukup memuaskan. Luasnya cukup, dilengkapi dengan kabinet multifungsi, terdapat meja kerja, pemanas air, safe deposit box, bahkan pengering rambut. Kamar mandinya juga terbilang nyaman. Air panasnya oke, tersedia kontainer sabun + shampoo, serta sikat gigi juga disediakan. Nah, yang perlu diperhatikan, pastikan membawa adapter colokan universal, karena di hotel hanya tersedia colokan tiga. Proses check in juga sangat simple. Cukup persiapkan kode booking hotel dan passport. Terdapat deposit myr 50 dan tax myr 10 per malam. Hotel yang akan saya rekomendasikan ke teman-teman.

Great location near MRT and restaurants. Comfy bed and fit room size. Super clean. No noise. There is nothing wrong with this hotel. Super value.

The room is okay but the bed sheet didn't get changed everyday by house keeping. No breakfast but there is McD open at 7 am. Near masjid jamek MRT station is a benefit to stay here.

I had to ask for a room change because of the smell of humidity and call at 2am receptionist because room next to me was impropriety making laud and screaming.
