My main issue is with accomodations prepared. No carpet was available eventho the floor is cold. No remote for TV to control. The toilet tank was not covered and left unattended.

The hotel almost empty. No tissue, no soap, the boil watet heater is broken, we were 5 people but only 1 towel.

The toilets are too smelly, no shower gel, no dish wash, heater not working properly, bedsheets dirty and smelly, dustbin bag not available, electric kettle not functioning, cannot cook, microwave also not available and floor mat also dirty. Kindly please upgrade your facilities much appreciated.

Hard to reach the receptionist as we want to check out early & the counter not open yet. Already call & whatsapp since night before but no reply. Can improve by put carpet in living room as the floor very cold to step on & please provide towels as it shown in pictures but no towels provided during our stay. However the place very strategic near to night market.
