Friendly reception and they even gave us a sea view room upgrade. Breakfast has good food choices and roti bread was made to order. Building is a bit outdated but overall still clean.

Room was right beside elevator shaft. Can hear woofee sound, particularly evening time at bedtime. If not of this, I would give high score for my stay. I think people who stay for 3 nights deserves to know what room they are getting into.

I especially liked your staff and how friendly everyone was. Shout out to Evelyn, the morning hostess in the cafe. She was very efficient and provided tourist information about various festivals freely. It was very appreciated.

It’s my favourite hotel to stay in whenever I’m in Penang. Friendly staff who pay good attention to your needs, clean rooms with good views and it’s located within walking distance of all the usual spots you love to visit.
One area I feel they could improve is the breakfast. I remember the breakfast being decent in my previous stays but this time it was very disappointing.

Really comfortable hotel. It’s big on eco friendly. We had a view of the sea which was really nice. The location is also great. It’s close to the market, restaurants and old part of Georgetown (and pubs if you are keen to venture out at night) so everything is close by. The Trishaw station is right next to hotel so it was easy if you are not up for walking or Grab. Would definitely stay there again
