It's nice to stay at City Central Hotel. It's close to the train and bus station, and easy to find something to eat, even at midnight.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Alhamdulillah, it was really comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly, always greeted, sometimes joking.
All the staff there were very helpful.
The hotel was clean, the breakfast was delicious... and close to places to eat that had the best nasi kandar and kopi tarik in all of Malaysia around KL. Yess, ABC Bistro!
If I go to Malaysia again, I will definitely go back there, God willing.

The staff was very friendly, they always clean the room every day and change the towel. The hotel itself is near Nu Sentral and KL Sentral, so you can easily go everywhere around KL.

while check in staffs bit confuse with my type of room reserved by traveloka. But during our stay and check out time really helpful and execellent service , especially in ordering my taxi to airport. The midnight staff I didn't recognized the name was excellent.
Overall the staffs excellent with warmth helpful.
Insha Allah next 1-2 year will be back and stay di City Central Hotel again.

The room was comfortable and clean, and all the hotel staff were very friendly and hospitable, especially Sajjad Hossein, who was very accommodating to my children.
The location is also very close to public transportation such as buses, the LRT, the MRT, and the train. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay there.

The hotel's location is extremely strategic. Especially for tourists unfamiliar with Malaysia, it's close to the Monorail, LRT, Bus Terminal, KLIA Express, and MRT! It's super convenient, no need to order a Grab for public transportation. Breakfast is included, but it's located a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel. Overall, I'm satisfied and will likely return if I ever visit Malaysia again. The best.

A small hotel with small but clean and comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff. While checking in, I was suddenly offered a welcome drink. I arrived at 12 noon, and check-in was at 3, but since the room was empty, I was allowed to check in early and go straight to my room. The location is very strategic, across from KL Sentral, walking distance to Genting and KLIA by bus, and easy to find food. Recommended.
