Friendly hotel staff, strategic location with all types of transportation

I stayed for 3D2N in this hotel. The hotel is super nice and clean. Everything is worked like shower and the air conditioning. Their staff is very helpfull and open for 24hours. You can find 7eleven near the hotel, restaurant or laundry is in the back of the hotel, and it's in front of KL Sentral/NU Sentral. The location of this hotel is quite far from the central like petronas twin tower and the other, anyway you can take a bus or train, but you have to check the shedule of both transportaion. Overall i recommend this hotel if you don't mind about the distance to the city.

It was a great stay for me. Location is the best advantage where you are just few steps to NU Sentral Mall and the KL Sentral Station, there are lots of things to do in there. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and good communication. The facility is very good compare to the price. However I also agree with other reviews about the soundproofing, it's not really good. But I guess this thing can not be fix easily so to avoid this, you can book for rooms that are not close to the window so you can avoid street noise, and choose rooms that are in corners, not really comfy but I think that's the best that you can. Also from the hotel side you should ask for customers for keeping the silence especially during midnights.

The hotel staff is friendly...we were able to leave our luggage first because the flight was scheduled for the evening...so we could walk around...unfortunately we got a room without a window. I suggest that if you book, you don't have to include breakfast.

The location is very strategic, close to KL Sentral station and NU Sentral mall, making it easy to get around. The staff is very friendly, there is a welcome drink upon check-in, and the room is cleaned daily. The amenities are complete and towels are changed daily. There is a water heater, cooler, and shelves for storing clothes. There is a cold or hot shower. The service is very satisfactory.

The location is close to KL Sentral, making it very easy to access everywhere. We stayed more than one night, the room was always cleaned and comfortable for resting, the staff were very friendly.

The staff is very friendly, my family and I like it, they can leave our luggage, we can check in early 1 hour before, but there are a lot of big rats on the rooftop, there are small cockroaches in the room but the room is quite clean without a window, for a strategic location in KL Senter, very close to Nu Senter Mall, 5 steps away, close to public transportation, just walk, very close to ABC CAFE…

Thank God, I wanted to stay one night and was able to leave my luggage at check-out. The staff, Mr. Irsyat, was friendly. Thanks to all the staff.

The hotel is clean, the AC is cold, the bathroom has a bidet, although narrow but okay. The water heater works well. The HBO channel is only on on weekends, but overall it's very good, easy to get around, there are lots of food just walk to the side and back of the hotel. The mall is in front of the hotel, taking public transportation is even easier because it's in front of a central area.

Nice room and I always stay at this hotel.
