The small room is very narrow and does not match the photo. I booked for 2 days and only used it for 1 day. I arrived at 10 pm and checked out at 12 noon so I didn't even stay for 1 day. After that, I moved to Eaton Residence to stay overnight.

Friendly hotel staff, clean rooms, location in front of kl sentral Station and nu sentral Mall. Stayed for 2 nights, the room was always cleaned and towels were also changed every day. Continued success City Central Hotel.

Best hotel, close to KL Sentral, 10 minutes walk to get there, near the hotel there are many choices of food menus, bus transportation and others are close. Comfortable hotel, friendly service. Will come here again if I go to Kuala Lumpur

Staff were friendly and very responsive. For a budget hotel, they have quite a facility such as refill water dispenser, praying room, rooftop spot to chill, and gym. They can develop the bathroom though. Overall, a really nice experience if you want to stay around Kuala Lumpur sentral! 🥰❤️

I have stayed here twice and the place is clean. Although the room is small, but everything is okay. And there is also a place upstairs to relax and a gym, although it is only a little but it is good for that price. Next time I will come back again. Thanks Traveloka.

This hotel is close walking distance to KL Sentral and NU Sentral. KL Sentral station that easy access everywhere. Want to go to Genting and the airport via KL Sentral just walk across the lights to NU Sentral straight then turn left towards the airport bus parking lot and Genting. The room is small but not too cramped for breakfast at ABC Bistro take a coupon for 2 people if more can pay the excess. Also close to Sevel and Indian and Chinese food places and also close to the laundry hub near Cozy Hotel
