The staff is very friendly; thank God, every guest who arrives says "Assalamualaikum."
The unit is clean, smells good, and is close to KL Sentral—just a short walk across the street.

The room was comfortable and clean, and all the hotel staff were very friendly and hospitable, especially Sajjad Hossein, who was very accommodating to my children.
The location is also very close to public transportation such as buses, the LRT, the MRT, and the train. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay there.

The hotel staff is really friendly, smiling and easy to talk to, not pushy or indifferent at all, the hotel is also very clean, especially the bathroom has a bidet! Overall, it's very comfortable to stay here, next time I will stay here again for sure ❤️ + very close to KL Sentral, just go straight from the bus stop and you'll be there

The hotel's location is extremely strategic. Especially for tourists unfamiliar with Malaysia, it's close to the Monorail, LRT, Bus Terminal, KLIA Express, and MRT! It's super convenient, no need to order a Grab for public transportation. Breakfast is included, but it's located a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel. Overall, I'm satisfied and will likely return if I ever visit Malaysia again. The best.

A small hotel with small but clean and comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff. While checking in, I was suddenly offered a welcome drink. I arrived at 12 noon, and check-in was at 3, but since the room was empty, I was allowed to check in early and go straight to my room. The location is very strategic, across from KL Sentral, walking distance to Genting and KLIA by bus, and easy to find food. Recommended.

The hotel is very clean, in the city center, very close to KL Sentral station. The staff on duty in the morning are very friendly. Most importantly, you can leave your bags/luggage before check-in and after check-out. So you can walk around KL without having to carry your bags/luggage. The price is affordable but you get breakfast, although you have to choose a specific menu at Resto ABC. Highly recommended hotel!

The staff is very friendly, including a member of staff named Irsyad who was very helpful, helping us carry our luggage and getting into the taxi. Check-in is free of deposit. The room has a Qibla direction and prayer mats are provided. The bathroom also provides slippers. Very Muslim-friendly.

it was a pleasant stay, friendly staff. across the KL sentral/Nu sentral building. little india surrounding, but also there were chinese food available surround the area just in a walking distance. there was a gym at 6th floor
