Great experience of stay with budget in Kuala Lumpur central. Friendly and responsive staff, room cleaning everyday and accessibility to any transport mode is amazing! Will stay here again.

The hotel staff are friendly, and it's in the city center, if you want to go to the station, you can just walk, there are also many snacks around the hotel. FYI, the hotel restaurant is outside the hotel, so we had to walk a bit outside the hotel for breakfast. We were given a food voucher and only chose 1 menu, not like a buffet but a la carte. No need to worry about having to buy drinking water, there is a dispenser on the 1st floor, fill it as much as you like, and on each floor there is an iron (there is already an ironing board so you just have to iron) btw it's not in the room, this is outside the room so it's a public facility. That's all the info 😁

The small room is very narrow and does not match the photo. I booked for 2 days and only used it for 1 day. I arrived at 10 pm and checked out at 12 noon so I didn't even stay for 1 day. After that, I moved to Eaton Residence to stay overnight.

Friendly hotel staff, clean rooms, location in front of kl sentral Station and nu sentral Mall. Stayed for 2 nights, the room was always cleaned and towels were also changed every day. Continued success City Central Hotel.

Best hotel, close to KL Sentral, 10 minutes walk to get there, near the hotel there are many choices of food menus, bus transportation and others are close. Comfortable hotel, friendly service. Will come here again if I go to Kuala Lumpur
