City Central Hotel @ KL Sentral

A small hotel with small but clean and comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff. While checking in, I was suddenly offered a welcome drink. I arrived at 12 noon, and check-in was at 3, but since the room was empty, I was allowed to check in early and go straight to my room. The location is very strategic, across from KL Sentral, walking distance to Genting and KLIA by bus, and easy to find food. Recommended.

The staff were very friendly and kind, offering to carry your luggage to the bus terminal at KL Sentral for free. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is very clean, in the city center, very close to KL Sentral station. The staff on duty in the morning are very friendly. Most importantly, you can leave your bags/luggage before check-in and after check-out. So you can walk around KL without having to carry your bags/luggage. The price is affordable but you get breakfast, although you have to choose a specific menu at Resto ABC. Highly recommended hotel!

I didn't take breakfast because there were lots of food places around the hotel.

The staff is very friendly, including a member of staff named Irsyad who was very helpful, helping us carry our luggage and getting into the taxi. Check-in is free of deposit. The room has a Qibla direction and prayer mats are provided. The bathroom also provides slippers. Very Muslim-friendly.

it was a pleasant stay, friendly staff. across the KL sentral/Nu sentral building. little india surrounding, but also there were chinese food available surround the area just in a walking distance. there was a gym at 6th floor

The room is small but clean and good enough for a single traveler. Close to Nu Sentral Mall and train station. A lot of restaurants and shops. The location is perfect. I will stay again someday.

It came with: A comfortable bed Two clean towels A big mirror TV and cold AC A hanging wardrobe with plenty of hangers A mini fridge (super useful for storing my skincare and snacks!) A vanity table with a small drawer Two glasses, two bottled waters, coffee, and sugar A chair and a trash bin 🚿 Bathroom Though small, the bathroom was clean and complete. It had a sink, a wall hanger for drying clothes, a shower, toilet paper, and even two mirrors (I had funny thoughts at first, but don’t worry — everything was totally safe 😄). 🏢 Facilities The hallways were neat and clean On the 6th floor, there's a relaxing lounge and a small workout area — perfect to unwind Housekeeping was always ready and responsive. You can even request towel art — I got one shaped like a heart 💕 There's also a prayer room, water dispenser, and ironing area — very convenient! 🧘‍♀️ Nearby Services There are reflexology and massage places nearby if you need to relax after a long day. It’s within walking distance from the hotel. For food, the hotel is surrounded by various restaurants — and I also enjoyed a nice breakfast at Resto ABC, which offers good local options. 🤝 Service All staff were super kind, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful.
