The staff was very friendly and helpful. He gave me an early check in at 12pm. The location is very strategic, only step ahead to public transportation (KL Sentral) and Nu Sentral.

I chose City Hotel because the hotel is very clean and recommended, especially, and the reality is true, the hotel is very, very clean although not the biggest hotel and the price is cheap but the quality is the best. The office boy named Sajad is very recommended, kind, and friendly to help us pick our bags to the shuttle bus. Good job Sajad, may God bless you.

The City Central is a nice hotel for me. I had never expected what it would be like because I haven't been here before. But my three days and two nights were well spent at this hotel. The receptionists and the staff are so nice.

Most rooms here don't have windows, except for the family rooms.
This isn't specified when booking on Traveloka, so you'll need to confirm directly with the hotel. The staff is very friendly, and the location is great, making it easy to get around.

The location is right in front of NU Sentral. Just across the street. It's next to KL Sentral. The location is excellent.
The room was quite small and clean. It was a bit dimly lit, especially since there were no windows.
We were given a voucher for breakfast, and we were taken to a restaurant called "ABC Resto" next to the KL Sentral elevator. It's a short walk away, but the menu is very simple. You can order other dishes at your own expense.
Bringing a 2-year-old child, but breakfast isn't free; only adults get it.

I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff: the one who cleans the rooms (Mehdi) is very kind, helpful, and discreet, nothing to complain about 👌🏻. The gentleman at the daily reception (I think Redwan) was very helpful with all my requests, attentive, and very patient 😅.
Otherwise, my room (standard) has no window, but despite that, the cleanliness is excellent + air conditioning + bathroom ventilation + refrigerator. Small but cozy. I spent 3 nights there very well 👌🏻. Thank you for everything, my stay was made easier thanks to you 😊

Minimalist room, complete amenities, there is a refrigerator, hot water, close to KL Sentral, no deposit, check in can be before 3 pm. 24 hours anytime you want to check out. It could be an option if you want to go to KLIA2 airport by bus.
