The first things to look when we book a hotel is the comfort and cleanliness. This hotel fit all the criteria. The awesome part is the hospitality. From the bell boy, front counter, the house keeping, everything is tiptop and perfect. We really feel appreciate and all the effort that the staffs take to make us feel like home we really appreciate it. The breakfast foods are delicious worth the price. Thank you. Their sympathy towards the eldest and concern really deserve to be rated as 6 stars hotel. My parent have an awesome anniversary celebration here. Thanks Miss Ria, the housekeeping boy, the manager on duty and all the staffs here. We really love you guys to the bit! and plz pick-up your phone next time and tq too for the complimentary gifts. I booked for king deluxe but they upgraded the room with living room. The bathtub and toilet very clean. Overall was superb

Satisfy with the hotel! The room is clean & cozy. Then the hotel is near to the kea farm market, easy to go shopping. Last but not least, the breakfast buffet is delicious. Perfect stay for my honeymoon!

I booked 2 rooms (king n superior)but can’t get same floor. According to receptionist diff. room diff floor..and the problem is my card cannot access to another floor..u think???

The room was comfortable overall. However, we encountered a few issues, particularly in the kitchen area — the sink was leaking, and every time we used it, water would drip onto the floor.
The bathroom also had several problems. The drainage was poor; water would accumulate whenever we took a shower and took a long time to subside. The bathroom walls showed signs of mold, and the floor was slippery — both my husband and I nearly slipped multiple times.
As for breakfast, the variety was quite good, but it didn’t quite meet our taste preferences. On the day we had breakfast, the nasi lemak was served very late — it only came out about an hour after breakfast had started.
We hope these issues can be improved for a better guest experience in the future.

Reception is not friendly. Speaks not clearly, face is tight. Location is ok, can walk to KEA FARM market. Outside corridor lights are not working, room phone is not working, want to call anything use cellphone. so far ok

Very smooth during check in and check out. Staff very helpful and friendly. Just the hot shower ,the water pressure a bit slow. But for cold was okay. I forgot to ask the staff to check on it. For parking a bit limited. Overall my stay at this hotel was fine. Will repeat because very near with Kea Farm

The location of the hotel is walking distance to Kea Farm. It had been my third time staying here and love it. The staff was very friendly and breakfast buffet also variety and delicious.
