The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room, although it is small, is very convenient, clean, and the design is sleek and nice to feel. I could sleep peacefully there. Every time I want to go to KL, I would prefer to always stay at this hotel.

Friendly staff, all the facilities are okay, close to everywhere, photos from outside the hotel, overall very good, especially for Indonesians, not being able to speak English is not a problem, just use Indonesian, they understand, you can leave your luggage again if you check out early

I stayed in room 215 & the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was just the right size for a couple like us. It was very clean, especially the bathroom, with no unpleasant sewer smell at all. It was well-equipped with toiletries & mini fridge was also provided. The staff were very friendly, always welcoming us with warm smiles and greetings. The location is excellent easily accessible to public transportation at KL Sentral & close to many nearby tourist attractions. The only downside is that the room was not soundproof, so noises from outside and nearby rooms could be clearly heard. Overall, it was still a very pleasant and convenient stay.

I have stayed at Easy Hotel 5 times since 2018 until my vacation on July 26th to July 30th with my friend always choose Easy Hotel for vacation. All the staff and employees are polite and friendly.. The room is clean, the bathroom is also clean. For the food is suitable for Indonesian tongue like mine 😁. Since before every time I go to KL I always stay at Easy Hotel.
