The hotel staff are very kind and friendly, and when we asked them, they were very helpful. Some suggestions to consider are: 1. If possible, provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. 2. Provide dispensers on each floor to avoid the hassle of going up and down. During my stay, everything was good: cleanliness, strategic location, a mall in front, a 7-Eleven next to it, and a drugstore next to the hotel.

Quite impressive. The room is good and clean as advertised.
The location is superb. A walking distance to the Sunway Pyramid (less 50 meter away).
The breakfast also fantastic and it come from the famous ABC nasi kandar beside this hotel.
The only problem is the parking. Even though there are lots of public parking around the hotel but it is always full especially during Sat-Sun (it is free parking during weekend..TQ MPSJ). Last weekend, I need to drove around the location for several times until got the empty parking space.

As a compact traveler, it will be appreciated if hotel can provide sanitary kit, small toothpaste and brush as usual. Though it's unknown if their soap is fine for sensitive skin please give clue which one is soap or shampo on the dispenser.
If any broken parts in the hotel room please quickly fix it not put tissue on pick hole door to replace. In these way as customer paid not only room but facility n service during stay even in a glimpse. Because I am surveying which hotel best for me to stay time to time while my son start going university in Malay next year. It's a shame I expected it will be one of the option. So yes, please improve not only good pictures.

staff very friendly, near to airport, near to food shop, near to shopping mall, sunway pyramids，sunway park， completely near to every spot.
the room also clean, good, affordable.
can enjoy nite and day time.
all spot can get by walk only.
cheap, nearby and easy， just walking around.
you must try and proof it by your self.

The room reservation was not as shown in the picture, I asked for a double bed but they said there was none. The check-in and check-out process was easy, there was a tourist tax of RM 10/night, a deposit of RM 50, and a refill of drinking water was also provided, the hotel was quite clean, the staff were quite friendly. The location is good, facing the mall, next to the hotel there is a 7eleven

It was terrible that the walls of the room were peeling off. The AC was also noisy. Unfortunately, I only found out about the sound of the AC after a while and had already laid down on the bed. So it was inconvenient to ask for another room. It was just that the Sunway Mall was really close, just across the street.

To Malay for treatment at Sunway Med Center, the hotel is close to the hospital, take Grab only RM7. There are many restaurants around the hotel, on the left side there is 7 Eleven, in front of the hotel is Sunway Pyramid Mall. The hotel is very clean, mineral water refills are provided, standard room size, complete with windows, hot water, soap, shampoo. The staff is very friendly. Buying at Traveloka will be subject to a tax of RM 10 / night and pay at the hotel due to the policy of the Malaysian government. Deposit RM 50 and returned upon check out. The staff is on standby 24 hours, so the deposit will definitely be returned. Thank You gm grand Moments

All staff on duty during my 2 nights stay were very friendly & handled complaints quickly. The location is very strategic. The cleanliness of the room is also quite good. My note. The bed cover was not replaced from the previous guest, because there was a very obvious stain. After I complained, the hotel staff handled it very quickly. I will stay here again for my next visit.
