I had the most pleasant stay here.. near the Pudu LRT station. Surround by chinese and arabic restaurant. Great view from the rooftop..

Nice place to stay with family spacious two bed room with additional third Bed for free, only the Lobby entrance from D Majestic every day is always Bad odor just like stink smell, but the room manage by Grey stone haus is cool and comfy just like home, please pro active to call your guest that stay more than 1 day to ask the convenience and the supplies or any needs, thanks to Lee San the Myanmar guy the best one appreciate for all explanation during check in, all family happy

we had an amazing experience here. we decided to book this place to get ready for graduation dinner and this place was perfect because there is plenty of mirror for us girls to get ready. The room is spacious and is same as the pictures. I will definitely come here again!

This apartment is perfect for families, especially if you have toddlers like me and my husband. The place is spacious and comfortable with complete household equipment. It is really near to Pudu LRT station and Ali's Corner, a halal food restaurant

The room was spacious and fairly clean, but I had an allergy after staying. The staff’s attitude was not good. They keep luggage after check-out, but charge a fee.

“I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and not even once was the room cleaned, even though I had already informed the staff directly, yet no one cleaned it. No toothbrush was provided, no towel was available, and the air conditioner could not be adjusted. Very disappointing.”😡

The hotel room is very well-equipped, with a refrigerator, stove, dispenser, and even a washing machine. Suitable for those staying long hours in KL and the hotel is close to Pudu Station.

Even the cleanliness of the mattresses needs more attention. My three children had itchy backs, hands, and feet. The sheets could be the cause. Otherwise, everything was fine. The washing machine worked perfectly during my six days there, the stove worked well, and the water and kettle worked.

The hotel is located not far from TRX Mall, within walking distance, even though it crosses a flyover.
There are many coffee shops around the apartment, including the delicious Heritage Kopitiam. Next to the apartment is a Mix supermarket that sells snacks from various countries, so you can buy souvenirs there if you're bored with chocolates.
The view from the room is amazing, you can see the Twin Towers. The rooftop pool is also great for swimming and taking beautiful photos.
The room rate for 3 nights was 2.2 million rupiah.

The hotel staff were unfriendly. There were cockroaches in the room. The pillowcases hadn't been changed and smelled bad. There were no tea/coffee sachets. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste.

I'm not satisfied with the hotel staff. They don't work 24 hours a day. When I wanted to check out, there was no one in the lobby. So the deposit refund was slow. I had to go through the bank again.

This hotel has bed bugs, if you squeeze them they will bleed and can bite and enter your ears, please warn them, the cleanliness is very worrying because there is not one but several bed bugs.

Bad experience here. One night, but mu room so dirty. Many ticks in my bed, fortunately there were 2 bed, so i move yo the other bed. I think my room was not cleaned everyday before i check in. And my room is hot in the afternoon. There was 1 AC only for superior king bed. Not recommended. But experience will be different every person. So try by yourself lah.
