Overall, my family and I have a nice and wonderful stay here. My kids even asked for us to add more nights to our stay 😅. We took 2 premium junior suites with complementary access to meals provided at the executive lounge.

We as a family totally enjoyed our stay as the rooms were very spacious, the bed was so comfortable and big, the buffet breakfast was plenty and delicious and last but not least, the staff were very friendly and very efficient. I would recommend for my friends to stay here and location is wonderful. Lots of shopping..

Important Note
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Effective from 1st January 2025, the Melaka State Government imposed a mandatory MYR 5.00 Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival.

Everything about hotel is good, just felt shame on some local aunty during breakfast buffet, bring 1 litter bottle to refill orange juice without care the hygieneness, even the staff try to stop them, they still continue to refill.🥲

Housekeeping were very friendly. They kept our left belonging intact even neatly wrapped in a plastic and delivered to our new room. Thank you! Were upgraded couple time during our stays here. Fyi, been a regular for the past 2 years but they manage to keep their services up to the top level. Kudos!
