Very good service by the hotel. I want bedroom with large bed(i bought twin bed), balcony and bath tub and they able to provide all of this. The room was very spacious, good lighting and clean bathroom too.

We really enjoy staying here. Deluxe King Room really suits my small family needs. Spacious and comfortable. Also got a lot of attractions. No need to go outside. Can bring the kids having fun just in the hotel. Thank you so much Heritage Hotel. Oh by the way, the staff also friendly. Thank you so much.

very lovely hotel...my family and I love it very much... I always go to the hotel garden and the koi pool. I also visited the hotel library glad to me that I can read some Japanese..btw all books in the library is in Japanese...the view from the balcony was very nice...just open the balcony and turn on the fan, and our room doesn't need an air-conditioned anymore...when you came to Cameron Highlands please bring a hoodie or maybe jacket it's cold there😚...before I forget..please be very careful when using the hotel elevator...when I came back from the lobby to my room, there was a visitors trap in the elevator... that's all

The staffs are helpful and friendly. The environment is great. You can jog outside there in the morning. They do have gym though.

I book superior triple. According to photos, there supposed to be 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. Unfortunately heritage gave me 3 single bed. The door squeaking every time we open/closed the door. One spray of WD40 should settle the problem but heritage never bother to fix.

We recently stayed at this hotel with our kids, who really enjoyed the surroundings. It would be great if the checkout time could be extended to 1:00 PM for a more relaxed departure.
One minor issue we encountered was the availability of fresh towels after 3:00 PM, especially during our multi-day stay when we requested new towels.
I suggest converting the rows of seminar rooms located in front of the parking area into a cozy coffee café. This location is ideal, especially with the cool weather, making it perfect for a tea-time experience. Offering some gourmet items would enhance the appeal and provide guests with a delightful spot to relax during the stay.
Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would consider returning!

The place had a really nice vibe — cozy but still modern. Rooms were clean and comfy, and the gym area was a great bonus.
Food:
Breakfast had a good mix of options, both local and international, and everything tasted fresh. The restaurant meals were tasty too.
Staff Assistance:
The staff friendly and helpful. Check-in/out was smooth, but some request take long time to action .
Location:
Great spot — close to restaurants, shops, and main attractions. Easy to get around from here, whether walking or by transport.

Had a pleasant stay at Heritage Hotel overall. The property is large and scenic, situated in a somewhat secluded area. It's about a 10-minute walk from the lobby to Tanah Rata town center. However, do note that there’s no designated pedestrian walkway along the route, so caution is advised while walking.
The hotel does offer a complimentary shuttle to Tanah Rata three times daily (10 am, 2 pm, and 6 pm). Guests can also request a pickup during these times by calling reception and providing their location, which is a helpful convenience.
After a full day of exploring, the hotel itself offers limited activities in the evening. There was a broken foosball table and one functioning pool table, both chargeable. Surprisingly, there is no swimming pool at the property.
The room was comfortable and met expectations. Breakfast was decent, though vegetarian choices were limited. Fortunately, the staff was accommodating and able to prepare vegetarian options if dietary needs are shared with reception a day in advance.

Lovely hotel! The rooms were clean and had such a nice feel to them. We could walk everywhere in Tanah Rata with ease, although note that if you're walking to the hotel it's a bit of a climb. The breakfast was OK too, had scones and Malay food.

Best avoided cheap for a reason. Very poor breakfast, house keeping and general upkeep terrible in great surroundings and would have been very nice inthe 1970s and 80s.

Two male staffs, 1 at the Reception counter and another one was the BellBoy. Both were very friendly & attentive. This was my 6th time staying at this Heritage Hotel over the years I’ve travelled to Cameron Highlands.

- limited parking. it's hard to get parking if check-in is late. - the toilet in the room is not clean. - old design room and toilet, old tv. - There is no housekeeping time at night. You can't even ask for an extra blanket because there is no housekeeping. - the iron is only outside and the iron is not serviced.

The hotel location is very good. It is close to town and has a nice scenery from the top. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast area has a great view. I loved practically everything there. Waiting to make a trip there again.
