It was great. I had great assistance from Puan Lisa Leang the housekeeper and the Duty Manager Mr Lim. It was good. I stayed at room 2004. it had great views. Accommodation was super.

The location superb! Near to everything. Room very clean, spacious. And love room smell. Only 100 m from bukit bintang monorail station. Shower so awesome and internet speed so fast.

My favorite hotel in KL. Located in Bukit Bintang across to Sungai Whang .It's very easy to reach from KL Sentral;you may take Monorail if you have light baggage or MRT if you have medium or large baggage

The First 2 Days Were Okay.. But on the last day I was disappointed with the staff at the front (parking security) who arbitrarily canceled my Grab order so that I had to make another order and had to wait again, and she had no regrets... and it seemed like she didn't know what she was doing, please retrain her or reprimand her...

Overall, it's a good hotel, especially its location is strategic. Many spots in Bukit Bintang are just walking distance. The room is comfortable, we added an extra bed and it went well.
We did enjoy our stay in the hotel. Well done.

The place is close to Bukit Bintang, but it's not soundproof because it's close to the bar, and the pool isn't child-friendly. Overall experience is okay.

There should be no valet parking charges because clients have paid to stay, and please have a discussion or send a proposal to DBKL and the ministry to develop a proper parking area for clients. It's not good to gain extra charges from clients for parking. Lastly, please make sure all rooms are soundproof. Thank you.
