When I checked in, I noticed a yellow stain on the bed sheet. After the 4th day, I noticed the yellow stain still on the bed sheet (the bed sheet hadn't been changed for 3 days). After getting angry with the receptionist, the cleaning service staff told me to change it immediately. If I hadn't noticed the yellow stain, I wouldn't have known the bed sheet hadn't been changed because the bed sheet had been tidied up again.

The location is strategic, clean but noisy because I got a room with a window facing Jalan Alor and at 1 am the next room was really noisy, the door opened and closed several times and the room alarm went off several times, very disturbing.

The location is great because it is right in the middle of the busy Bukit Bintang street and Alor street. But the room is very small. Also, there are no sandals or hair dryers in the room.
