Love staying here. Have been booking The Hyatt several times. Good location for staycation with accessible shopping mall below. Hotel is well maintained and beds are comfy. Will definitely come again.

The hotel location is among the best places I've ever stayed, with easy access to transportation and Paradigm shopping complex, which has lots of eateries and entertainment. Time well spent for us, especially the children.

Quite comfortable and convenient with the mall around. The swimming pool is clean. Only the room aircon is not cooling for whatever reason. No doorway light in room for sleeping .
Requested for high floor but only given mid floor. Receptionist said would contact us when room was available but did not deliver her task.

Extremely convenient hotel located within one of the largest malls in JB. The mall was amazing and offers many activities for kids and teens eg ice skating, roller blading, rock climbing, cinema and video arcades. There are anchor tennants as well as small stand alone shops with good bargains. It is about 15 minutes from the causeway checkpoint to Singapore. Will definitely stay again.

Was a really good location for a 1 night stay with a shopping mall just downstairs, it doesn't get more convenient than that. Selection at breakfast buffet was pretty good too, don't forget to try the ayam masak! So yummy!

The hotel is clean. The hotel room is large, pleasant and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
It is also right smack next to the shopping mall. Very convenient. It has a good gym and large outdoor pool.

This particular room was spacious for 3 persons. Toilet was also spacious. Nice view of the city from the 20th floor. Room was clean and had all the amenities needed. Pity the buffet breakfast was nothing impressive.

Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.
We were really surprised with the beautiful gesture of a slice of cake & card to celebrate both my children's birthdays!
Unfortunately the pool was closed for repair works.
Still, love the place.

Huge room which I loved. Unlike my last stay in Tokyo where everything was so cramped. The even gave me a slice of cake and a card for my birthday. Nice of them. It’s little gestures like these that go a long way. There’s even a shopping mall just outside the door on the ground floor. Just have a wider selection of food for your breakfast.
